Ordered online and paid but when we arrived there it was closed and no one was there. The order said it was ready but clearly not ♀️ why does this one keep saying they close at 10 but close around 7:30 instead bc of some problem??? HOW DO I GET A FULL REFUND?????? This sucks-

I was just advised by my Uber eats guy that the restaurant has completely run out of bread ?, ya know the key ingredient to their business? They should close this place indefinitely. How absolutely embarrassing for them! ?

Ridiculous. The app showed that they are working on it and then ready, but they told us they are out of bread at 7pm and now we are supposed to somehow contact the app and get some refund. It's not as convenient as Uber Eats or something. App is also ridiculous. The worst experience ever.

This place is awful. I ordered at the drive thru three 6 inch sandwiches. I then waited at the window for 10 minutes and someone finally approached and asked if I had ordered. They said that my order hadn't come up and then proceeded to apologize several times about the mistake and the wait. I received three apologies and was offered the cookies I ordered free of charge when I finally got my food and got home all three of my sandwiches were made incorrectly and the cookies I ordered weren't in the bag. When I called the store back they continued to apologize and told me that the manager wasn't in but would be returning my call as soon as they got in. I never received the phone call. I received countless apologies from the employees but not a single employee was sorry enough to make sure my food came out right. This place is a joke.

I tried to eat healthy, yet lunch rush at Subway means nothing - 2 people working - female staff member is hopping, male staff member is moving in Slooooooow motion with his nasty beard partially covered. Some other guy with a Subway polo shirt kept coming in and out interrupting the staff, asking questions and referring to his phone, unlocking and locking the door - dude, it is lunch rush- get out! Ended up leaving after waiting 20 minutes - never even got to order.
