Poor Management!Manager was in a rush with only 5 customers in the store and only 3 in line with no cars at the drive thru, so why in such a rush? This manager was helping an older gentleman at the cash register, while screaming over this man, just to ask for my online order name, then proceeded to very rudely ask for proof of my online order all while still screaming/helping this older gentleman. On top of that this rude manager was very rudely ordering her staff around. Not a please or thank you went out to the staff after she was so rude to them. The staff was 100% kind and extremely friendly and the gentleman that made my sandwich was amazing. Food was amazing, store was clean and the teamwork between the stuff was amazing. So why such a rude manager? The managers behavior was just so unnecessary and very rude. I have NEVER been to a subway and had such a bad experience as this one. Extremely disappointed! And hope this gets fixed soon.

three times I've been to this location around 9:20pm and they already have the doors lock and the sign still on that their open.

Order 3 foot long as I was supposed to be toasted. Of course I got them not toasted. Paid for a cold soup and hard cookies. After two days trying to talk to a manager finally spoke with Lena who is very rude and sounded very uneducated. She said the GM reviewed the cameras and that they were toasted funny right. Had the proof to show her but was just upset that she even had to help. She even told she threw away cookies in the morning because they were bad. She even said I was late to pick up my online order when I was there 5 mins before to get the soup I forgot to order on the app. I Can see why my order was trash because the store is managed by a trash person. I can already see how the GM is. Go to another subway not this one. Dirty inside and it just feels old.
