Very rude women at the drive thru made us wait then rushed us to order ruined my appetite didn’t even wanna eat after her making me feel so attacked for even pulling in. Didn’t even get napkins with my two meals never again will I return here feel like I wasted money and then for such inconsiderate workers to put their anger on others.

I really love subway and have no issue with the price or quality of food, this location is hit or miss. About a week ago I went and there were two girls; one was on their phone and the other was helping me at the counter. The next time I went with my family to the drive thru and there was no greeting, my mother who was driver got no response when she asked if anyone was able to help us order. There is construction so we had to back out of the drive thru, and we saw another family leaving the store upset claiming there was nobody to help order. If staff is low maybe close the drive thru or put up a sign, just a suggestion.

I decided to go back and try this subway because they always get my order wrong or don't have bread or don't have have soup. This experience wasn't better. I realized I messed up my first protein bowl and offered to still buy it if they just made another with tuna. After spending 23 bucks on 2 bowls I find out there was no peppercorn ranch that I asked for in either and no extra provolone that I paid for. Going back to Weber, at least those teens get my order right!

Don’t go through the drive thru. 2 separate times I’ve tried to order and they were not available to take my order even though the store was completely empty at 4:00 in the afternoon. No reason. Because if you pass by the window to pay, they’re all in the back on their phones. They told me to go back to the menu board to order because their batteries on their headsets were off before. Terrible service. I won’t go to this location anymore.
