This was quite possibly the worst Subway experience I’ve had in my life. If this is representative of how Subway is going forward, I will never go to one again. I was first greeted by an old bandaid laying on the chip display in front of the sandwich order counter. Perhaps the employees couldn’t see it there because of the metal covers of the deli fridge flipped up, but the restaurant was slow, so I would expect an employee at least to do a check around the dining room to check for cleanliness issues. I proceeded to order a sandwich on flatbread, and the flatbread was extremely different than what it was before. Instead of it being thick and fluffy, it was thin and crunchy. One ingredient I wanted on my sandwich was black olives, which they said Subway no longer uses.I also ordered a sandwich from the menu that had smashed avocado as an ingredient. The bag of avocado they were going to use was already turning black. I told her I didn’t want that. Another employee said they have fresh bags in the back, but the employee making the second sandwich insisted they were out and asked if I still wanted the avocado on the sandwich. I said no because it looked terrible. Only after the sandwich was already finished and wrapped did the second employee come from the back with a fresh bag of smashed avocado. It was nice that they give us a little cup of it at least.I was also disappointed in the size of the chip bags. They seem to be about half the size they used to be. I always would get Sun Chips, but they no longer had those.The most egregious thing is that we ordered two sandwich combos, but only after I paid did I notice on the receipt that they charged me for each item individually: two medium fountain drinks, two chips, and two 6-inch sandwiches. I asked them why we were not charged for two combos, and they said because they ran out of small fountain drink cups, they gave us medium cups, so they had to charge us for each item individually. The employee said that was the rule according to the owner. It seems like a blatant scam to upcharge for something by charging à la cart just because they are out of small cups.All in all, this was a terrible experience. I won't return back to this or any Subway location.

I’ve been to this subway 10+ times because it’s so convenient since it’s right next to where I stay. This time today I tried going to grab what I usually grab. A foot long spicy Italian. Almost every time I had a coupon to use for a $6.99 foot long. I was never declined until today. The employee told me that the manager does not accept this. I then told her I’ve literally used this type of coupon 5+ times at this location, and no one has ever told me I couldn’t get a spicy Italian with it. It literally says what it excludes on the coupon. This made me hella mad, and I will not be coming back here again. Disappointing. Whoever the manager is needs to get re-evaluated for their position. Cherry on top, they were about to sell me some black spinach that was wet and old on my sandwich. Just wow.

These dirty dogs...if I could give zero stars i would. first there was a used bandaid on the counter......then the girl tried to put black expired avocado on my sandwich and the guy told her they had fresh in the back and she said she didn't wanna go look so she turned and told me they were out... he later got me a side of avocado .... then they charged 6$ for 2 medium sodas ...cuz even though we got the meals they had upcharge.... 10/10 do not recommend this location...also the flat bread my bf got was thin and crispy like a stale tortilla...and said they no longer offered olives... sad subway....the quality has gone down hill for real!

On the website it says they closed at 9:30. Came at 8:30 and they already had shut the lights off saying that they started closing at 9:00 and it wasn't even close to 9:00 it was like right when we pulled up the lights turned off. Then got told like three different excuses. She also said it was the manager's idea to close early Subway. Y'all need to get it together.

Went there on the 23rd and ordered 3 sandwiches and 3 cookies. They showed up on my card as BG Bala Inc. Had to do a Google search to find out who they are. I was freaking out for a minute.

Only 2 options for bread.sandwich maker didn't want to make steak out law he only wanted to make the Bellamozza. I had to tell him 6 times to make the steak sandwich. The cheese and broccoli soup was cold. There was no tea sweet or unsweetened.none of the other drinks avaliable. I find the lack of standard items today this place needs retraining at minimum. Or rename it to jack and petes.nothing except the ridiculous decorations suggest that this is a national chain store.

No salami, worker got frustrated after not listening I wanted a meatball instead of bmt since she told me there was no salami. If your having a bad day just stay home and don't ruin other people's day.

Google says open until 9:30. Pulled up at 9:12 on 7/21/22 and the open sign is off and lights inside are turned off. I guess their employees are rich and don't want those extra 30 minutes on their paycheck. Lazy people wonder why they're broke

Whatever you do, don't order breakfast delivery from this site. Even though their menu offers breakfast, they apparently don't carry eggs. I ordered a breakfast sandwich through Doordash and received a lame excuse of a sandwich. They blamed the driver. I had requested that the order be canceled if items were missing. They went ahead and sent me junk. Never again will I order from this site. Just terrible.
