Horrible!!! Took my family to pick up some food. I asked for fresh shells/food because my drive home is a distance & I got attitude from the speaker & the window. My food came to me COLD!!! So I asked if they could remake it. Came out cold again! They had no change during a LUNCH RUSH! When I asked to speak to the manager, she was no help. Just as bad attitude if not worse than the employees. Horrible place!!! Don't waste your time. Also tried to call & make a complaint & their phone was off the hook. Never again will I waste my money or time there!

Please get into the habit of changing out the grease/oil whatever you use to fry the shells for the meals. Two ago I got some cinnamon twist and just biting into them I tasted a strong chemical taste. Ugh, I took them back and asked the night manager to taste them. She bit one and immediately spit it out. She apologized, but I don't think she took care of the problem or I don't know because tonight at 11:15 I ordered a Mexican pizza, and as soon as I took a bite. I tasted the same chemical taste from the last time. Please taco bell manager or GM. Fix the problem

I came here to applaud the service AND food today. Popped in to the 2201 Morgan location on my way to my Sunday Beach day around 11a. The drive thru server was friendly, helpful and accurate. And my food was better than I’ve had at any TB since the 90s. Crunchy taco with a fresh crisp shell, ripping hot meat, and an actual real portion of cheese not just a few token shreds! Bean burrito with extra onions truly had extra onions. Amazing. I hope the morning crew reads this so they know I noticed and they are appreciated. Also left a review through the Taco Bell site. I’m so happy this location is so close!

Had an interview at 7:00pm-7:30pm at night. Also after applying online it took a month or so cause I also applied last year. I understand when it comes to being low staff, the store is busy, but man let me tell you I went to the interview and it was a DRAG. No motivation like they weren’t happy to be there, paying attention to the phone than rather give the interview like you’re suppose too ; I’m my phone was off and I set my hat on the table, plus you have to be there for a year just to receive benefits. To me that is not very promising at all. Can’t imagine how it is working there.

The service was really good the only issue I think is annoying is we had to go to the front counter lady several times to get the bathroom keys each time, I think if it had keys a pad would have been less
