Food was ok, nothing compared to the food here in El Paso, TX , being next to the border the food here is more Mexican authentic than other places and this was one of those times. Milanesa torta lacked flavor, fries were bland. Wife got the wrong order so she was not able to eat unfortunately. We had our order to go so it was too late when we noticed she had the wrong plate. Asked for gorditas and got a taco bowl?

The person who answered the phone was multitasking and got my order wrong. I ordered chocolate chip pancakes. She handed my husband plain pancakes. I told her repeatedly, that I ordered chocolate chip pancakes. An other person stepped in and kept trying to hand my husband the plain pancakes My husband ordered tacos at Drive through.The same person who took my order wrong took his order. My husband was given the wrong order. This person keeps making mistakes. She is performing her duties at sub par service. We enjoy the food there, but rather go inside and not through the drive through. Both experiences un necessary.

The customer service is horrible. I called to complain about how greasy and disgusting the food was (wings). They did absolutely nothing about it. A complete waste of money.
