First time here and I even stated to the girl at the register. I started to order and asked if we can put boba in the smoothies and what flavors did they have. She said yes with an attitude like she was annoyed with me and said “They’re up there!” I once again stated “Okay, it’s my first time here like I told you.” She saw that I got upset with the way she responded and she apologized. The smoothies were delicious the atmosphere was ok, could be better. The service needs improvement big time!

kinda sucks that they stop selling food at a certain time and there’s not a sign that say anything nor is it on their website . How are we supposed to know that the kitchen stops making food at a certain time . i called almost an hour before closing you would think they would still be able to sell a small food . Very disappointing.

Been coming here since they first opened. Owners are very nice! Employees are a hit or miss. Previous employees were always nice and welcoming but lately… not so much. They get annoyed when you order crepes. I’ve always left tips but that might change. I guess it’ll just depend on their attitudes.

This was the first time trying the restaurant my son wanted a strawberry banana crepe which was pretty good he also got an Oreo smoothie he liked but the place could use a good cleaning the door going in looked pretty dirty the floors needed cleaned and there was broken furniture so if you're just getting the food to go it's okay but if you want to go for the atmosphere try another place.Sorry wish I could give a better review

ive been going to vu tea for some time now and I really enjoy it. the drinks and food are delicious but the workers do take some time to get orders out even when it isn't that busy. sometimes I just see the workers talking and laughing and not getting the orders out on time. There also isn't a lot of space for parking. but overall the bubble teas and Japanese snacks I get are so good and I really recommend!
