We were told to sit at the bar or go outside then will be texted for seating when there was actually no one at the entrance and we were against the wall . First off I have kids I'm not about to sit at the bar with them and outside was out of the question. Either way we sat at the bar. Very uncomfortable. Then I gave a message to the waitress letting her know it was my wife's birthday. She ignored me. I guess they don't cheer no one there on ones birthday. One star for hospitality..Food was also cold .

We have not been here in a while but when we finally got to come back it was a total disappointment not only was our $20 stake burnt kids bites over cooked and our onion blossom looked old but macaroni and cheese was plain macaroni with melted cheese on top not even mixed together my 179$ bill was NOT worth it at all server was a bit slow asked for a salad he didn’t bother to ask what kind we stopped coming for the same reason and finally decided to give it another try and sorry but I should have just gone somewhere else
Our waitress was Sarah, she was amazing! She was on top of everything! The food was perfectly cooked and seasoned. When I needed a box for my meal and rolls Sarah offered to bring me extra rolls to take home with me. One critique...the brownie dessert should be heated before serving...it was good and all but being warm would have made it delectable! ?

Outstanding service from Sarah tonight. It was like she could read our minds. We've been dining out all over the country for 17+ years. I'm pretty sure this girl can do whatever she wants in life and will knock it out of the park. Thanks for the great dining experience Sarah !!

Absolutely, it is not worth tryingvery normal food, other restaurants, offers same type of food and mybe better and you don't have to wait long time for a tablet, it is really really crowded.

Honestly if I could leave no stars I would. First lets begin with we waited an hour an 15 min for a table which is fine because we get it we are in the service industry as it was a Saturday night. Our name gets called and they walk us to a 4 top table mind you there is 5 adults in our party. We are confused because there is no way all 5 of us are fitting in this booth….. the server brings a side chair to be added to the end of the table in the middle of the walk way where all the employees walk with food/drinks etc…. We sit down our server gets our drinks and apps. We ask to speak to a manager because we are crammed into this small booth while my 6 foot brother is half way in the walk way very uncomfortable. We ask the manager if we could move to a bigger table because we are so crammed and uncomfortable. The manager then proceeded to say that the bigger tables are for 6 and 7 tops and they are busy right now so they don’t know if they could move us. Our server brings out the appetizers they are all wrong…… we finally explain to the manager that having a chair out in the walk way is actually a fire hazard then that’s when the manager decided to move us to a bigger table. Finally a new table new server it’s been now an hour we have been here and have just received drinks so we are hungry. We put in all our food at the same time we get our potato skins they were delicious. Then our steaks come out for dinner……… all 5 steaks were RAW we waited 10 min to have someone even come back and check to ask we had to pull someone to let them know…… so the manager comes back makes us stick all of our steaks on plates so they could take them back to fix them….. another 10 min go by finally a manager comes and brings the steaks back out only 1 steak was cooked to the right temperature which was medium all the other steaks were way over cooked…… pulled the manager over again to show them even one of the steaks on our table was 4 different temperatures….. manager never apologized overall just a HORRIBLE experience.

Had a little girls day out and decided to stop here for dinner. Couldn’t have made a better choice! Kyle was so sweet and was amazing with our 8 year old sister! The food was amazing! And Brianna, who wasn’t even our server, came by to check on us and was so friendly! The restaurant was packed, yet the customer service was absolutely amazing! I never leave reviews online but the wait staff here deserves it! ❤️Kid-friendliness: Amazing with Kids!
