We absolutely loved the new Vicks Hamburgers on Saratoga. The workers are so polite and pleasant. The food was excellent. They made one simple error on our Order and corrected it graciously and expeditiously. It was delicious!! We will go there again for sure!

The fries and fried pickles were good. The 10 piece chicken was pretty horrible. The chicken was very overcooked. The ladies were nice and cordial. I paid $1.50 for 3 tarter sauces. Not to be seen ... too far to go back and complain. The 2 fish pieces ala carte overcooked, like eating tires. Will try the hamburgers and tacos soon. They better be good or I'm done with Vick's. Please improve or you're going broke ‼

Got ALL excited about a new burger place moving to our side of town! Vicks Famous Burgers on Saratoga. What a "BIG" disappointment! The service was horrible, way under staffed and the food was even a "BIGGER" disappointment! Our first trip and last!

I haven't been to Vick's in a few years. I had to introduce my son to some of the burgers in town. Needless to say, he was blown away by the Ultimate Burger, chili cheese fries and onion rings. My burger was awesome as usual. I sure did miss the food. Vick's may look like a hole in the wall but it's just hiding wonderful food. If you have eaten there, you have no idea what you are missing out on. We definitely will be back soon. Remember to please support your local businesses. FOOD POISONING UPDATE!! PLEASE READ!! After throwing up my entire insides for 19 hours until my kidneys shriveled into nothing and the pain of a thousand swords pulsated through my body, I have come to accept that this experience has left me traumatized. I will NEVER eat out anywhere ever again. I pray no one ever goes through what me and my family have been through these past few days - Throwing up blood, cold sweats on and off, compulsive diarrhea. I thought I was going to die (I'm not exaggerating).Please whatever you do, do not eat here.You will be glad you didn't.Don't take loved ones here if you truly care for them.The lack of leadership and management leaves Corpus establishments crumbling and this city will forever stay in the shadow of innovation because of its incompetence.

Is it hard to listen and read . Obviously for this dou it was and then got mad at me bcuz I repeated myself 3 times. Then still messed up my order 2 times . I told them no onions or tomatoes. Both were on there. So when I tell them they had to remake bcuz I'm allergic to onion they said well u didn't say anything. I SAID NO ONIONS AND TOMATOES for a reason

I will never go back to that location again. They didn't get our order right, then we go back to get it corrected and the workers tell us we didn't order right. I said I made her repeat the order 3x. How did I get the order wrong, I didn't make the burger.. Then they complained to fix it. So we get the supposed fixed order and it's still messed up, my husband was so upset he just left. Vick's corporate or whoever runs this place needs to teach these workers how to pay attention to the customers orders..

Great burger for your buck!! I arrived literally one minute before closing, they fired everything back up and made me a fresh burger and onion rings. The staff were super welcoming, as I'm from out of town, and my food was delish! I appreciate the extra mile they went for me. My order was spot on what I asked for, they took my allergy to tomatoes seriously, and delivered a delicious Mushroom burger with a side of onion rings.
