Wendy's did what? The chili was water thin - no joke. AND no meat! Burger Bun was stale, and I think it sat for hours before they served it to me....awful hamburger. We threw everything out! Will NEVER will go back to this location!

Food and employees are very nice but in the morning when it says the store is open, no one is there to take my order. It’ll be 15 minuets after opening and still no one. What gives?

So, this was the second time I had gone to this Wendy's late night. I went through the drive-thru and ordered, much like the first time a lady came on and asked if she could take my order. After I said the first thing which was just a $6 double stack biggie bag with Dr Pepper, as I statted to tell her I wanted a 4 for 4, made the same as the doublestack....and off we go, she said, sir, sir, sir, hold on, she interrupted me as I was speaking, was very rude in her tone, almost in an attempt to be condescending towards me, enough that my fiance was ready to jump out of the passenger seat and give her a piece of her mind. I remained calm, collected, and even apologized for going to fast. When I got up to the window she tells me she charged the guy that was 2 cars in front of me, for my bill, and that she needed to charge me 2.50 less to take care of their bill and that she couldn't charge my card 2 times to make the difference up, however could do cash. Long story shorter, she gave us the wrong food, took it back, gave it to the people that had been waiting for a long time, and thanked us. Extremely poor example of customer service of many kind, and will be coaching her myself next week, in the drive-thru, on proper customer service etiquette.

Every time I come here is a great outcome I love coming through the drive-thru they know the menu and quick-witted employees very caring and always are courteous and give napkins and utensils and sauce is correctly. They management here is an a+ I love this place compared to the other terrible places that I've been to thank you for being a part of Corpus Christi
