The drive through was terrible and I sent my son for our order and he didn’t know that they haven’t gotten the Dream siscle in yet so he call home with a different one and you can hear them talking bad about my kid just because of not having those Dream frosty in yet! Why doesn’t the phone not work there? Way too rude to be working there

Ok. Just got back from the Wendy's on Staples & Saratoga. Can someone please tell me is a frosty supposed to be like a milkshake or soft serve cone? I recall from back in the day, they were like a really, really thick milshake.The workers could not tell me. They gave me the Frosties, and they are like melting milkshakes.When I asked, I was informed somewhat rudely, "That is how management has told us to serve them." When management asked what was the question, I was then informed, "like a Frosty." Needless to say, they are awful, and I have put them in the freezer, hoping that will help.By the way, the last photo is from a previous review. That is a chocolate Frosty. Nothing like the Frosties I was served. Shame on management at Wendy's.

Your Coke machine is never prepared and I always have to wait behind a car that is ordering Coke because y’all either can’t work it or I don’t know you have forgotten my Bacon more than once back to McDonald’s for me.. maybe unlock the other window to move people faster.

On Tuesday, March 26th I pulled up to the drive-thru and ordered the $4 for $4 with no pickles and a small lemonade for my son. I noticed the price was a bit higher than what I expected for that meal and I noticed it was over $6 on the screen. As I proceeded to the first window I asked the cashier what the total was and he stated $4.80, which makes sense. I originally gave him $20 then switched and provided a $10 of which he provided change that was less than what it should have been. When I asked him about the change he proceeded to tell me the cost was over $6, so at this point I was confused and mentioned him telling me the total was $4.80. He then denied telling me this and tried to break down the total, which I did not care about.I proceeded to the 2nd window because I didn’t feel he knew what he was talking about. When I asked the lady at the second window about the order, she advised me the young lady who took the order up charged me for the drink. I proceeded to tell her I did not request this and while looking through my order they still included pickles, which I requested them not to during my initial order.Staff at this location need additional training on attentiveness and listening skills, so customers get the correct order and pay the correct amount. This same mistake at this location has occurred on more than one occasion.

I come from San Diego texas just to this Wendys. The food is great and hot every time go. The service omg there are amazing. Thay is why I only come to this store. The manager was so helpful he even helped me with the app. My #1 store. Thank you guys 15 out of 10 amazing staff always. Maria

Fries were good, took bite out of my chicken sandwich and I can't tell whether it was undercooked or it had been sitting there for hours. Threw away my sandwich bc it grossed me out after seeing pinkish/purple in the middle. Outside of chicken looked nasty, like it had been left out and stomped on and then slapped between two buns. Employees were nice tho.

Employees did not look so happy, but the kids enjoyed their food. There were no complaints from the kids. They all got the 4 for $4 and a frosty, which that completed them! Besides, the customer service was not so welcoming over all 3 stars. Oh, and yes, the lobby was clean!Parking: A good amount it wasn't busyWheelchair accessibility: It's available

Arrived 7 minutes before they closed was greeted by: it's 1:00 a.m. we can't take your order. I replied it's 7 minutes before you close they said : I guess we can take your order but all our fires are off. Told them I would be reporting them to HR that's not how you talk to your guest. Taco Bell got my business tonight.I too work late as well and I was excited to go to my favorite burger place cuz I got off early.
