This place needs a face-lift as it really sends a sad first experience to tourists and the whataburger legacy. Ordered al la cart but got and paid for meal. When I realized the error, just asked for drink cup for soft drink. It wasn't working either. If this is a whataburger flagship, consider scuttling it to the ocean floor. Looks unclean inside
First time eating here, food was great. We sat outside on the rooftop so we could look out at the ocean.
