Person at drive thru didn’t let me finish ordering on 03-14-24 as I kept calling for him. So when I drove to window I complained as I wanted a grilled chicken patty along with double meat burger I ordered. So naturally I had to pay on two different tickets. I asked for manager and I explained what happened and she didn’t give me any type of credit. Naturally when I got home double meat burger was cold. I told manager that I was going to complain and she just looked at me and didn’t even try to apologize. This was the Whataburger on Old Brownsville Road in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Went through the outside lane drive-through ordered three kids meals with chocolate milk, confirmed chocolate milk three separate times.Employee comes out to take money asked what I ordered told her chocolate milk three times she goes hold on goes back inside comes back out asked me what I ordered and I said chocolate milk three times while we charged you for chocolate shakes. I do not want chocolate shakes how hard is it to get chocolate milk

They keep forgetting your items from the order. From ketchup and dipping sauce that you pay extra. To not adding the extra items to the burgers that you are paying extra to. This was the third time and last I'm going to this spot. I'll be sure to warn others that they aren't getting what they pay
