The food was good, service was good but hectic. I went just before lunch (11:40ish) and the lady at the window was smooth and steady. The team leaders were rushing. I got my order in a rush and then waited and waited before they asked if I got my order. I told them I was waiting on my drink. The smooth and steady young lady casually walked up and handed it to me.Good place but they need to slow down and be smooth and steady

Uhm, they gave us apples with a whole eco system growing in the bag (mold cluster) -__- My cob salad with grilled chicken wasn't cut up. And the apple juice that came with my kids meal didn't even have a straw attached to it. They handed me a straw instead inwich wouldn't go into the juice box. Not a big deal but my son is upset that he didn't get apple slices this trip.

My absolute favorite Whataburger restaurant. The food is always hot, comes out quick and correct!!
I went in here for quick bit to eat before I went to the movies. The crew were professional and took my order as soon as I walked up to the counter. There was a bit of a wait until I got my food but the staff quickly brought my food and apologized. They even throw in a apple pie and a large fry. I'm definitely going back there again especially with service like this.

Who sells HALFED COOKED FUCKING FRIES TO CUSTOMERS?? This is very unprofessional and i'm pregnant, what yall trying to do kill my damn baby? I even asked for two spicy ketchups and they gave me NOTHING NOTHING. I genuinely hope you guys get shut the fuck down because yall are HORRIBLE AS FUCK. I WISH I COULD RATE 0 STARS

This is a long review but much needed review in hopes for changes in these now a days customer services:Convenient location from the hotel we were staying at. I wish this was more positive and could have had a better experience, being that this is the most favorited and ranked #1 hamburger fast food chain. It was after 12:00am when we stopped in, it was a meal we are always excited to have especially a long day of fishing. Right off the too the to-go lines were super long so we opted to go inside. When we got inside there were 3 people standing around waiting on there food and complaining they had been waiting 30 minutes and still didn’t have their food. First impressions for me was they were very under staffed with no one at the registers to take orders to help with the over flow of a fast paced chain, we waited 5 minutes before 1 young girl came to take the rest of the backed up orders. To make things worse, seconds from myself walking out, a drive through customer came in asked for a manger complained that their order was wrong. From that moment it seemed to have put them in high gear. I received my order in less then 5 minute hot, fresh and delicious. Although my experience wasn’t the best I do have to say the quality of food is still #1 in my eyes. On a side note, 1 person can make or break your establishment!
