It’s super common to come here and be in line for 15-30 minutes whether it’s just you in line or 2 other people, and they can’t get their door dash orders out fast either, slow service and you can sit at the window and watch them chit chat with one another, they need to get new employees or different management as this has been a problem for a long time

Wow my burger never sucked so bad!!! It was cold, my cheese never melted. I asked for mayo and they doubled up on mustard instead. AND!!!!! It was like biting into salt !!!! You know they didn’t cook to order at least the fries were good?
Probably the worst experience I've ever had, this isn't my regular location I go to but I was nearby.10:25 p.m. last night I paid for the order, they told me to pull up to the front and they will bring it out shortly.10:40p.m the lead or manager brings out two orders, one for myself and one for the vehicle beside me. Both were wrong, he asks what my order was, I told him, he definitely wasn't confident in his reply but he said he would get it.11pm, as I sat there for 20 minutes he finally brings out the order for the car next to me, they drive off, I figure I'm next but no he goes back inside for 20 minutes.This whole time as I'm sitting there four cars have already pulled up and went through the drive-thru got their order and drove off11:05 I decided just to swing back around the drive-thru to request a refund. I sat there 10 more minutes waiting to get to the window.11:15pm I finally get back to the window and sure enough it's the manager which told me he would make my order, he's at the drive-thru window at that time and recognizes me and says I'm sorry we made your order but I forgot to bring it out to you.At this point it wasn't about the order anymore it was just the principal and how that place was managed.I declined and told him I just want a refund, again this manager is not confident to deal with customers at all. I sat there for 10 more minutes while he's trying to run this credit to give me my refund on my card, I highly doubt I'm going to get it just by his reaction, he tries to offer me the meal for "free", I told him he can keep it no thank you I'm good I'm going to go to a different Whataburger.10:25 arrival11:25 departureWhoever they had running at that night definitely did not have his stuff together, not management material at all.I'm not going to say this is how it goes every night but as far as my experience yeah I won't be going back to that one. I know these reviews don't ever go anywhere, and I do not ever write any but I figured I'd give this one a shot
