“My wife and I accidently ran across their location on our way home. We love pizza and decided to give them a shot. I have lived here in Corpus for over 25 years and this is by far the best pizza we have ever had. The "Bruckner Boulevard Bianca" and "City Island Lasagna" are to die for. We usually order two pizzas to go every Sunday and they reheat up so well in the toaster oven days later. Staff is also amazing every time we pickup.“
“Me and my husband Steve had pizza was delicious and my husband Steve had lamb he said was very good and a bread sliced in to dip in some great tasting oil with sort of seeds yummy . We both injoyed every bid , the service was excellent. Can't wait to go back and have brunch and dinner. “
“This is a smallish place that I have been wanting to try. As a lone diner, I sat at the rather small bar, which could accommodate maybe half a dozen comfortably. When I told the bartender, I had not been there before, I was handed three or four different menus, a testament to their tremendous wine assortment. I narrowed my selection down to an Italian sweet red wine, and ordered the pesto prosciutto flatbread. The flatbread was delicious and almost too much for one meal for one person. I will try the goat cheese flatbread next time. As I sat there sipping my wine, listening to the live music by a single singer/guitar player, and watching golf on the television behind the bar while awaiting my food, I noticed a vat of sangria on the counter. I was super excited, because I love a good homemade sangria. However, a good, homemade sangria almost certainly requires brandy and, unfortunately, if there was brandy in their sangria, it was so minimal as to not be tasted. In fact, I felt like the sangria flavor was totally lacking and for $9 a glass, it should have at least splash of brandy. I will be back, but will not order the sangria again. They also have a wide assortment of bottled and canned beer for the non-wine drinkers in your party.“
“Everything about island time was absolutely amazing. Everyone was super friendly and the steak was the best I've ever had. The owner even noticed when my son was getting fussy and had some chips sent out while our food was being worked on. Little details like that ensure I'll be back every time im in the corpus area.“
“We decided to try the pizza, which was not disappointing. We had the Capricciosa and Veneto pizzas. Just be aware that the slices of porchetta are added at the end just as explained on the menu. I didn’t like it because I equate it to bacon instead of a fatty boneless pork roast; which I like cooked well. There were other interesting combinations of ingredient pizza that we would like to go back and try.“
