This Subway was very nice!!! Ms July was so nice and she delivered a sandwich for me. Has been the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life!!! Thank you so much cottonwood Subway!!!

I ordered my wife a tuna sub, brought it home and took it back due to very little Tuna and bread was stale. Was told by the manager the correct amount of tuna was on the sandwich, picked it off with her fingers and said this looks like the right amount of tuna. Asked to exchange out for another sandwich and she got very rude and angry and said that you will need to pay for it. Asked her who the owner of the store was and stated that she could not give out that information (understandably). Rudely asked what kind of other sandwich we would like and threw it down after being made on the glass and angrily told me to have a nice day. I understand having a bad day but don't take it out on customer's who enable the business to stay in business.

While we like Subway overall and we order infrequently, we have been disappointed with every online order from the Cottonwood Shores, TX location. Every time. Our last order did not include an item that is standard on the sandwich and was the main reason for ordering that sandwich, with no customization. Because it was take-out and other than ensuring there were the right number of sandwiches in our bag, unfortunately, we didn't check each sandwich until we got home. Still had to open each wrapped sandwich anyway to tell which sandwich belonged to who - no sandwich identification written on the outside wrapping sticker. We don't know if this consistent issue is due to their constant short-staffing (they are always hiring), mad rush of orders (it was 2pm), simply not knowing the menu, lack of paying attention to the written online order, out of that food item (website should reflect when items are not available), or ordering online vs. in-person (then, why offer online), but we will not return to this location again. Despite the convenient location for us, we will take the extra time to visit one of the other locations in Marble Falls that have shown to have better reviews. Very disappointed. And yes, we reported this directly to Subway. Hopefully, they will improve.
