There was an African American young lady with short hair working this past weekend and she had an extremely horrible attitude when asking her for something. She stated the other waiters were very busy and she was only doing drinks. When she initially said that, I thought she meant alcoholic drinks.I asked her if she could print my receipt and she was so nasty about doing that. I don’t think I’ll go to this location again. Way too short staffed for a Saturday afternoon.Kid-friendliness: Things for the flies to color and puzzles.
Absolutely horrible service, had to go to the bar to grab my drinks and took 35 min to take a drink order. Didn’t get our salads or a chance to order more drinks

We had a group of 10 for dinner and girls' night playing Pokeno. The service was excellent and the food was delicious!!I made arrangements ahead of time with Megan, General Manager, prior to the night of our gathering. They were very well prepared for us, everything was hot and ready, on time!!Highly recommend this location for anytime dining or if you have a group, very accommodating and efficient!!

We walked in and was seated and then we waited and waited for someone to come take our drink orders. Meanwhile there was workers walking right by us and nothing. Finally our waitress came and took our drink order and food order. We waited again to get our drinks (only 3 drinks). Then we finally got our food and the steak was raw when I asked for well done. The waitress never came back to ask if we needed anything. Horrible experience.

I came in March 11, 2024 2100hrs. McKenzie served me at the Bar she is awesome. The food was ready fast and correct. There was no smoking at the Bar that's a 10 for me. McKenzie outstanding service happy to come here for the first time.

This so honestly my favorite location! The food is great, and fairly quick. The servers are so friendly, and I have never seen a dirty table left behind!
employees are friendly, managers are polite, bar tenders know how to make a good drink, and the cooks know what they’re doing in that kitchen. the servers are great at getting you the best deal they can by meal deal recommendations and drink recommendations. food is awesome as well. the customer service is great.

Wish I could leave a no star review. Was seated and the place smelled like urine. Then sat for 30 minutes before our order was taken but was entertained by the drunken stupor in the place. Food was sub par and no service. Whoever is replying to these reviews can save it and talk to your staff. DO NOT GO... Give it to MC Donald's instead ?

Came last night with my mom and had wonderful service! The waitress Paige was very attentive and sweet. Atmosphere was kind of hostile for a table sitting near us complained about the food he ordered, saying he didn't want it now that he ordered it, after sending it back, I watched him and his wife pig out on HER plate and then send that back as well. They made a big deal about not liking the food, making it seem like it was the waitresses fault, so they eventually got the meals off the ticket, which I felt absolutely horrible about because there is not a lot of good food service around here in Crosby and she was by far the best I have had in awhile, and I know somehow that is going to be taken out on her! She deserved the big tip we gave her, that was CRAZY ! I just had to make this review this morning to brag about her. but after reading more reviews, I feel like a lot of customers get their meals taken off their ticket by just being rude to staff. The entitlement is crazy. smh
