I come here all the time and most of the time it’s great but today I went to try the shroom and Swiss and was very excited to get it but once I got it the bread was barley toasted and cold and the meat patties r cold the cheese hasn’t even melted kinda ruined my excitement so I don’t think I’m gonna order this

I have just stopped by this place its cold outside ask fir a coffee they said they ran out asked if the can make some was not not at this time its passed Normal hours fries are cold my burger bun was not toasted its is cold as well might say only thing that was good here is the ketchup because it's in a package so no I would not recommend the 2 ladies here worried about each others nails verses the customers

Drive through the food was not hot. It was not fresh and the communication was not clear. I had a fish combo meal.
The original chicken sandwich is my favorite it was great. French fries hot and salted which is a big thing for me.

I went through the drive thru roughly around 8:20pm. Ordered 3 whoopers and a chicken nuggets meal. They made me wait 15 mins in the window before I actually got my food. The person in the window didn’t ask me if I needed sauces they just threw my food at me. Once I got home, the MEAT, BREAD, FRIES, AND ONION RINGS were ice COLD!! The lettuce on the burgers was OLD and soggy! Just HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING! And they didn’t give me a receipt! They act like they have such a HUGE LINE OR SO MANY CUSTOMERS!

I was working the Crosby area and decided to go to this burger king location and everything was great service the food and everything else definitely recommend
