Me and my husband stopped by and the Hispanic guy was so rude, he didn’t greet us in the drive through, didn’t say Thank you and we can barely hear our total. If he’s having a bad day he would have been better off at home not at work.Sad part is his sleeve on his shirt says he’s training for General Manager. I do not recommend. Business will never prosper with that kind of attitude.

On 12/10/23, I went to Church's Chicken at 13821 Fm 2100 in Crosby Tx to order some chicken about 5:45 pmAs soon as I walked in there was Loud Mexican Music playing. You would of thought you were at a Mexican Club.( I am Hispanic)There were 3 or 4 people working. One was at the Drive through Window.one was cooking chicken.and the other was by the Chicken.The one by the chicken.and the one by the window were doing something on there phone as I was just there standing there waiting to place can order.They had to had seen me Drive up and Walk in their front door.As I was standing there Waiting.No one even acknowledged me.But everyone was enjoying the music as it was loud.So, after those 45 seconds.I raised my voice over the music and said, I would like to get your 3 piece special for $ 4:49.The guy at the Drive through lifted his head up and made a Very Smirky face at me.As if I was Bothering Him.And he put his phone in his pocket and walked towards me.I was thinking he was going to take my request.As he walks toward me he takes a sharp Left towards their backroom.or their office.and he " Dissappears".The other Hispanic puts his phone down and comes to the register and takes my order.I ask was he the manager cause he was helping me.And he said no, the guy who walked to the backroom was the Manager.I was Shocked!!!A Manager making a Very Smirky face at a customer who just wanted to buy some food!!I am Sorry to bother them.I actually didn't want to break up their Party.I thought the " Manager" was terrible,tackless, and Very Unprofessional.Most employees become a reflection of Leadership in a Company.And this "Manager"sets a Very Low Standard at this location.He is the Reflection of this Church 's at this location.I don't even think a reprimand would help.Needless to say, I have Never experienced this sparky attitude in any Restaurant.Even Popey's would have exceeded these standards.Next time, I WILL Go to Popey's100 Yards away.

Went thru drive thru my window doesn't work on driver side so I have to open door.i don't know if I scared the guy working drive thru or he just didn't understand me but he called manager over to take my order. And she was quiet pleasant I enjoyed talking to her while placing my order. To the guy who originally tried to take the order I'm sorry if I did something to upset you or if you were just having a bad nite.Everything was great and I appreciate the fact I didn't have to cook.

Today the service was terrible I came in at 11:40 for lunch thr woman who took my order was rude even tho I spoke English and Spanish not her and the cook rolled their eyes at me and the cashier didn’t know what she was doing . Over all I had a bitter experience they oughtta quit if they are miserable here

The one in my city had a very public issue with mice, so when i came to Crosby Texas for a class, i wasn't going to pass up on the opportunity when i saw it. When we walked in, we weren't greeted in a welcoming manner. More like disappointment. When i placed my order, I asked for certain pieces and was constantly asked "is that all" after every word i spoke. Maybe eager to go prepare my food or maybe to get back to what they were doing before we walked in. I received my order, and it was not the pieces i asked for and the pieces given looked that they had past the discard time. I asked if i could get the pieces I requested and fresh chicken. This seemed to irritate the employee more, but they did replace my order. I didn't get an apology for my order, which isn't even a problem, but for some reason i felt like I owed them an apology for coming in and placing an order.

Drive thru worker was so rude to me I was asking him questions and he was having a attitude with me so I said something and he was saying get it together and I said something back cause I'm not gonna let him walk all over me service is horrible and food disgusting I recommend u don't go here also horrible workers.
