I did not even want to give this a one, but that's the lowest I could give . The food is ok it's jack in the box. But what is the worst is my orders I never ever get the correct breakfast. This morning it being Christmas Eve and a lot to do I got J&B the sandwich I got I can't even find on the menu !!!! I ordered a new sandwich and I got a croissant with a pieces of lunch meat and egg nothing else on it , and probably got charged a higher price. I do not know if they don't speak...read full review
Well as I sit I'm watching them laugh for 20 mins after my food still waiting on Boba drinks they seem to be passing the Boba bags around like bean bag ball.. very upset nov.17th 2.05 pm (managers and everyone just doing nada laughing my food is gonna be ice cold ..great glad I'm on their
Went in to get 2 bobas. 1 tea 1 coffee. After trying to place the order through the drive through had to pull to window, the "manager" with bright pink hair is yelling at the staff I MADE THE TEA SOMEONE NEEDS TO COME MAKE THE COFFEE" I watched the Hispanic lady working the window fill a cup with black coffee and ice, dump it out walk to the back, heard a young man giving her instructions, she made the exact same drink the manager did, as the manager is walking around screaming...read full review
