Got takeout from this place and I regret not checking it out sooner! We got the whole dim sum menu (steamed items) and had that as a meal. So delicious. I didn’t even realize we had such great Asian cuisine so nearby. Will definitely be frequenting Noodle Plus.

Noodle Plus has some good broth that goes well with many of their ingredients. Of all the broths we think the Tonkatsu has the most flavor and does go with the majority of their ingredients. Their meat selections (beef, chicken, pork chashu, are fine, but beware because more times that not it is usually more on the tough side and takes some chewing. Our favorite protein is the dumplings! Delicate on the outside and tender on the inside! You can't go wrong with any of their veggies or toppings and you have to go spicy! An added flavor layer that completes the whole meal! Our go to combos are tonkatsu broth, spicy, dumplings (protein), bok choy or sprouts and all the toppings. Great combo that all work together for a super flavorful dish! As for appetizers we enjoy the chicken egg rolls. We've tried the soup dumplings (not much soup inside, more filling). Veggie egg rolls are crispy on the outside but pretty mushy on the inside, that's why we prefer the chicken because it's not mushy. Crab puffs are really crunchy IMO, but not enough filling on the inside. And the sweet pork bun was pretty dry and bland. Service is always great and more times than not it's never super crowded so the restaurant is pretty quiet and quite enjoyable. The ladies working the front are super sweet and always have a smile on their face. Always welcoming and will answer any questions you might have. Overall it's a great little soup shop for Crosby. It's craves any hankering you might have for soup and you don't need to leave town for!

The food here is soooo good. The noodles served to us were by far the best i've had compared to your typical ramen shop. We also tried the pork buns and those are the star in our visit, 10/10!!! They were very soft with a pork filling and my boyfriend and I absolutely devoured them. The service here was great! Recommend!!!

Very delicious! Will definitely go again! I got the Noodle Your Way so I got it exactly how I wanted it. The Chicken Egg Rolls where also delicious with the dipping sauce. The Strawberry Mochi dessert was a plus!Kid-friendliness: Has chicken nuggets for kids with fries.

SUNDAY, Feb 26, 2023. Dined In: Very customer oriented. As first time customers unfamiliar with the dishes offered, the Staff graciously answered our questions. The food is fresh & delicious! The Ambient Background Music was soothing, calming, and relaxing making our meal Very Enjoyable and pleasant. Restaurant, floors, and booths were Very Clean. We witnessed the care to the detail of cleaning a booth after a customer finished their food and departed. Every inch of the booth was cleaned from top of the seating to the bottom, as well as the table.Vegetarian options: The Build Your Own Noodles allows a variety of options.Parking: Not too overwhelmingly crowded on a Sunday afternoon.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space for limited mobility to maneuver, and ambulate safely & comfortably.Dietary restrictions: I have a low cholesterol, Interstitial Cystitis, and Kidney Stone diet. The menu had a variety of options suited to my limitations.I was able to have Motchi as a Special Treat for having been true to my “diet”. I had the Matcha Mochi (sooo delicious)!

Great customer service and delicious food. Our vegetables are always fresh, broth is hot and delicious, and the meat and dumplings taste great. We've also had the egg rolls and crab puffs and they were both very good.

My mom and I ate here for lunch. It was a good place. We ordered the large spicy beef broth, pho noodles, chicken, with broccoli, carrots, and spinach for our main dish. For appetizers we had fried chicken dumplings and kimchi. The dumplings came with this sweet flavored soy sauce. The sauce and the dumplings were so good!!!! The kimchi was our least favorite. It had a fishy taste and was not what we were accustom to at other locations. I would not recommend the kimchi as an appetizer. Overall I'd recommend this place.

The food was so delicious! The entree portions are very generous and the chicken egg rolls are amazing! I definitely recommend. We’ll be coming back for sure to support the local business!

When you first start, Seether restaurant you're like, I don't know what to expect, but walking in is worth the effort. They make traditional bone broth for both pork and beef. It is a almost traditional Japanese noodle place. Anyone that has ever eaten traditional Japanese Ramen it is good. This place is really good for the small town of Crosby, and it is fantastic on a cold day when you want a hot bowl of soup.

Mini me and I had to check this place out cause it's real close and the first ramen place here to open. I always talk about her being picky about dumplings and I'll just say, I didn't get to eat any?. So I can't really say on those but she took them all so I'll go with great! We both had a small pork based soup, beef, and bok choy. The small is more like big and the meat portions were very generous! It was very good and the price was not bad at all. Will definitely be back. Oh and they had her favorite Marble Drink!!!!

I have been to many pho places and this is by far the best I have had. The staff is very nice and the place is very clean. The beef noodle bowl with beef and chicken is my favorite. My favorite noodle place now.
