Their bread stays soft for several days not like everywhere else. how are they doing this?!?!?! A concha staying soft for 3 days and actually having good flavor. I usually hate conchas but I tried one from here and it was amazing. Also their maranitos stay soft too. I have no idea how they can achieve this while everyone else fails.
Best pan dulce around the Baytown/Crosby area. The bread is flavorful and soft. It doesn't go stale after one day like other places. The baker/s know what they're doing here.

The bread is very tasty! There is a lot of variety to choose your favorite bread, there are also some delicious cakes. Personally, my favorite is the coffee mocha and the mozaico jellies. I think you should try everything here. The staff is always very friendly and everything is always clean and tidy. Apparently it is the only bakery in Crosby I highly recommend it.
