I got a zombified pizza. It looked like several pieces from older trash pizzas got thrown together to make mine. One piece even had a hole in the center like it was bitten off or fell off which wouldn't be possible if it was a fresh pizza and cut right before putting into a box.

Not good! Crust was the texture of cardboard. My grand daughter is 2 and she said" I don't like it"..... Orsinos in Baytown was the best,but they went out of business. California Kitchen in the Galleria is the next best.

The delivery driver (male, blonde hair, nice blue car) went above and beyond! Our home address is behind a old mall and barbershop and he was very patient and respectful! So big s/o to him for bringing my kids lunch and my wings ?

This Pizza Hut is awesome and the Big New Yorker is awesome. I also love the Detroit style pizza that I had one like it in Philly one time.

Called to place an order @10:40 and didn’t get who I spoke to at first but they told me I needed to make sure I got there before 11 to get my pizza because they were closing. I called back 10 min before hand to let them know I was not going to make it before 11 to cancel it and the guy Fabio or Favio not sure how to spell it hung up on me with out giving me any acknowledgment that my order was being canceled and I’m sure he hung up on me because it’s near closing hours and they are trying to go home but it’s unprofessional and rude and I will be calling to speak with corporate !!!

This place can’t make a order correctly. Thought pizza was suppose to have sauce. They made pizza with little to no sauce and tells you there is sauce. This was a remake of the first pizza that also had no sauce. Was told they covered it up with cheese. This place need better training. First drive was sweet second one wasn’t so pleasant. Don’t look like I’ll be ordering from them anytime in the future.

Last 3 times I’ve went it’s been horrible. 1st time wings where dry with no sauce. If I want wings with no sauce I’d say no sauce. Last 2 times I’ve ordered 8 piece and gotten #5/#6Who doesn’t know how to count to #8. Done with this place.

We ordered a meat lovers pizza and was extremely disappointed. It was very scarce. The worker agreed but never offered to rectify the problem and remake it. I was in a hurry and left dissatisfied. Before you order a meat lovers pizza, make sure you check it before leaving; request that it be remade and have enough time to receive a pizza that's representative of a meat lovers pizza!

My order instructions weren't followed. I asked for pepper packets and for the pizza to be cut into squares. I didn't receive either of those requests.Additionally, the driver placed the drink on the nasty, bug bearing ground. I opened the door, saw that and I was disgusted. The food and the drink were thrown away.
