Food is decent for a chain restaurant but my issue is with the soda fountain nozzle that doesn't get cleaned or not cleaned well. The reason I know this is b/c of the nasty after taste and this isn't the first time. If the soda fountain isn't getting cleaned what else is being neglected

One of the managers that operates the register in the evening cannot speak English. Every order is wrong when she is behind the counter. I cannot understand how she taking orders and I doubt I am the only one to complain about it. At this point i wonder if this is on purpose.
I ordered a normal size beans and rice they have me a small but charged for a mack and cheese I didn't have time to correct the problem but definitely wasn't happy if you don't have normal size made up just say so...

Placed an order online to feed my family dinner tonight. $70+ my daughter went to pick it up and they claimed the order was never received and there was nothing they could do. They sure charged me for it though. And wouldn't even make it right for the customer because they would "loose money on it" WELL I JUST LOST MONEY ON IT!!!! I'm just so upset with the carelessness these people showed my daughter. They clearly see it was paid for, the store location is correct. It's not the customers fault that there equipment is not working correctly. Definitely will not be coming here.... ever.Update: after an hour of arguing and my husband getting very upset, the manager in duty, a Hispanic woman finally did the right thing. After we repeatedly asked them to look at the response from the online order customer service rep saying that we should be able to still pick up our order and having to send screen shoots of the payment from taken from the account, for the "big boss". This really should be a lesson in how to handle this type of situating should it arise again. I still don't think I will be visiting again.
