I used to work here and I can promise you guys, they don’t care about you or the environment. I’ve seen them drop burger meat on the ground and still use it. Don’t waste your time at sonic.

This is a great sonic. People are nice their the helpings or large. Which is rare in today's climate lol. If I go to Taco Bell it's 30 or $40 for a couple meals and it's Sonic it was only $20. And the ice cream is awesome the machine is always working unlike McDonald's.

Piss poor service. Ordered 2 burgers and 2 drinks and it took over an hour. Once it arrived, not one napkin was in the bag and the order was incorrect. No customer service. Don’t waste your time here.

this is the worse sonic i have ever ordered from, from the tots being so over cooked the inside was hollow and the bacon burger was so disgusting, cold and barely cooked i wouldn’t be surprised if i get salmonella from taking the few bites i did try…i ordered on the sonic app and had to wait 6 more minutes after already receiving my order for some SAUCE, TWO SAUCE PACKETS, i don’t know which one was worse the food or the customer service.

I always get my order to take home. I have less than 5 minute drive home. The last 3 times, my onion rings are so hot that I can't eat them right away but the burger is always cold and the cheese has not melted. Disappointed.

I used to work here and I hated every minute of it. The customers were great and usually agreed with me. The manager is slow and only cares about when they can take a break and when she gets off. The food was sometimes dropped on the table and they would put it back. I remember one of the cooks “Ricky” dropped a patty ON THE FLOOR!!! And still used it. At the time I needed the job and didn’t wanna get fired so whom ever ate it I am deeply sorry. Not all the workers were bad but Josh, Felicia, Ricky, Priscilla, Diana were always up tight and rude. It was clear to me they had favorites. Ricky would get food from other places but leave me out on it. I deeply regret every minute I wasted here. The ones I’ve named are the ones who gave me most trouble and would pick on me and call me names and used the word “family” to make it ok. I only got paid $6.50 an hour plus tips and the tips were horrible, I don’t blame the customers because they don’t even know the carhops are supposed to get a tip when it’s only a 20 second interaction at most. Josh, Ricky, Tommy played around in the place and threw ice and tater tot’s at each other as if it’s not even a work place. I hope they get fired for making my life hell. although Tommy was cool he just goofy.DO NOT GO AT ALL CROSBY SUCKS.
