Their good if the evening and afternoon but they suck in the morning. My order has been rung up wrong twice in the drive thru. First time I had it fixed the second time I didn’t care enough to try and fix it. Same employee rung me up both times. Other than that. It’s a hit or miss like most fast food places.

Today I had to walk to walmart to pick up insulin. After, i went in wendys, crosby tx and had a very blessed experience with DREW who waited on me. I am 73 n on a walker. Drew is an excellent first person to see in your store. Had extreme patience, kindness, n amazing customer service. I was so tired. She helped with my drink n checked on me b4 i left. This may seem SMALL to u. Was huge to me n customers who saw her doing this. I dont usually take time to gush like this. I just hope, in some way, u recognize this exceptional young lady. Long walk home wasnt quite as far because of her above n beyond. Thank you for listening.
