Missing items from order / rude service. it seems like if there's any issues with your order they like to make it your issue. The food was great, but sadly I did not receive items I paid for and was ignored when I asked about them. it's been almost 2 months and I've yet to receive my refund. it's ridiculous the amount of times I've had to call/ go on the wingstop website. Your representatives seem nothing but confused every single time I call.. "you will receive the refund in 4-5 hours" "you should receive it in about 5 days" "Were not supposed to say how long"

i try to be understanding and patient because i work in the food service industry. i’ve actually worked in a wingstop i know the whole operation. i know it can get hard to keep your cool in a work environment like that. but even when this location is slow the employees are rude and slow. every cashier i’ve talked to at this location has been rude and impatient. the only good employee there would be chloe. this store gives wingstop a bad rep. the attitude is disgusting, when you call up there the music in is so loud that you can’t hear your self ordering. because not only are they playing music over the loud speaker they have a little speaker in the kitchen they’re blasting. this place is ran by a bunch of teenagers who are probably only getting through the shift with a dab pen in their pockets. i love wingstop but when i crave some wings i’d rather go to applebees or outlaw rays.

I called to make a pick up order and the lady that answered the phone was so rude. She was telling me how much my order was and how long it was going to take but she said it to fast that I couldn’t understand. The moment I was going to say if she can repeat it she hung up on me so quickly. I called back to speak with the manager and she said it was her and I told her that she was being very rude when she was taking my order and if I can take I can have her name and she said her name was “Aliaa”. She should talk to her customers with respect because it’s not our fault she’s working in a job that is making her life miserable.

I came here twice and it's below average. I placed an online order. The workers were just standing talking and on there phones the whole time. I got my food I thought it was burnt so I sent it back and they came out the same. It wasn't burnt the issue was the oil in the fryer was old, dark and needed to be changed. Next door is a nail salon and the smell of the Acetone is so overwhelming. I got so lightheaded and felt like passing out. I had left comments about this location to the company page. Left my information for them and in the most unprofessional manner was sent a text message even if an email wasn't left a phone call is more professional. Their communication skills seriously needs work, it's hard enough when there's so much fraud going on right now.

My husband went to order lunch, went in none of the employees Assisted just were playing around and looking at him. A young lady asked if he needed help. He said he wanted to order, and she asked a male employee to take his order and the guy just looked at him and continued chatting with the other employees.

As you can see in the pictures these employees who work here could care less about taking care of the customers, and the one that you see sitting on the table was actually talking about how much he wanted to beat and stomp the customers out while the other just sat there playing on their phones, and agreeing with him. Super sad to see that the owner could care less about how his employees act while on the job, note this isn’t the first time I’ve walked in and seen this. Not to mention I was there to pick up a doordash order (which is the only reason I go to this location) that said it was already ready and got to the store and witnessed this and proceeded to wait 30-45 minutes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT COLD AND INCORRECTLY MADE FOOD!!!! Hopefully the owner will do something about this because it’s getting out of hand and they will end up going under. So so sad.

first things first, i have to say that, almost every fast food restaurant around here, the soda machine taste like dog doo doo! Not wingstop tho! i always to go order and i never have any problems! hard work does not go unnoticed!!

40 minute wait for wings that were ordered online. Now I'm somehow being skipped by other people who ordered online it's already annoying having to pay a premium for mediocre wings just because they're 1 of 2 places for wings. I'm not gon blame service necessarily cause I've worked customer service and I get it but don't tell me it'll be 5 minutes and that turns into another 15 on top of the wait time already wasted because it was an online order . The real kicker is that even after that whole 40 minute wait the order still wasn't correct and that's when I blame service. The least you can do after acknowledging the issue is to actually follow through to completion but it's consent so you take what you can get.If you have something to do or Stonehenge to go and want to grab a bite, choose somewhere else

We’ve been going to this location for about 2 yrs , never had any issues until a new young lady started working there. Unfortunately she’s the one that takes the orders. No1 in the store and she left my wife standing there for about 3 minutes before she took the order. Ordered wings and tenders . Tenders where soggy and old , wings where miniature which we’ve always got good sized wings from there. I truly believe she picked out the smallest wings she could find. By the time we got our food other people had came in and I looked at the fryers and they all had big wings.We ordered mild wings for my son and they barely had any sauce , she said that’s how they came.We had two large orders of fries and she gave us 4 ketchup packets for 3 people.The 2 employees I saw where just laughing and playing most the time , young lady was rude both the last times we went unfortunately will not be back used to be our favorite location. I didn’t get here name she’s Hispanic and it’s not a race thing cause I’m also Hispanic. Employees like her can cause a business to lose a lot of money . I feel like that was a waste of time and money .

Ordered to-go online at 8:20. App said 15-20 mins. Arrived at 8:45. Was told by rude girl working the counter that the kitchen said 8 more mins on chicken. I waited 16 mins before asking about my order. Rude girl again said they're waiting on chicken. I reminded her she told me 8 mins almost 20 mins ago. She rudely reminded me that's what the kitchen told her. I asked for the Mgr. She rolled her eyes again and called the guy's name loudly and stalked off back into the kitchen area. The manager was very polite and apologetic. I finally walked out with our order at 9:25. Thankfully, it was delicious, though how much that had to do with how hungry we were, I can't say.
