Now y'all lookahere... we went to this restaurant and they were out of root beer.. it wasn't a big deal by any means..i just told a worker and he was so apologetic.. he went to another store and brought us back root beer! And then said that if we wanted a refill to let him know...i mean, who does that!? Listen... do yourself a favor and get here..i mean in a world like this one you don't get service like that.. thank you thank you thank you!

Stopped by here for lunch one day and was very satisfied! It's not the best bbq that I have ever had, but it was really good. The portion sizes are HUGE! Definitely could have split with someone. Fried okra was not greasy. Mac and cheese was delicious, too. Jalapeño cheddar sausage had a lot of flavor. You definitely get bang for your buck! I wish they had a spicy bbq sauce, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I absolutely love this location. After a hard day of work sometimes I just want something delicious, quick, convenient and they never disappoint. I had the pleasure to be helped by Jarred in the drive through. He was very polite, acknowledge, professional, and well dressed. He overly impressed me with his customer service. I left very satisfied, I highly recommend.

Honest Reviews

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Cousins BBQ, and I must say it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. From start to finish, the visit left much to be desired.First and foremost, the lean meat I ordered was shockingly dry, resembling more of a piece of cardboard than a flavorful barbecue delicacy. It's disheartening when the main attraction of a barbecue joint lacks the basic moisture and tenderness one would expect. To add insult to injury, the chicken was equally as dry, a real feat considering barbecue chicken should be succulent and bursting with flavor. It seemed as though the kitchen was determined to transform every piece of meat into a Sahara-like desert of tastelessness.Moving on to the sides, the potato salad and macaroni and cheese were nothing short of a culinary catastrophe. The flavors were off, leaving a lingering unpleasant taste that was difficult to shake off. It's baffling how such simple dishes could go so wrong. The collard greens, allegedly a classic southern dish, were drowned in an overwhelming sea of vinegar. This not only obscured any potential taste of the greens but also rendered the entire dish nearly inedible. A disappointing departure from the traditional, soulful collard greens one would expect from a barbecue establishment.Adding insult to injury, the guy manning the cash register seemed more interested in himself than in assisting the customers already waiting in line. It was evident that customer service was not a priority, as he appeared indifferent to the needs of those eagerly anticipating their meals. And then there was the moment when we dared to request more meat after a rather lackluster initial serving. The response from the cashier was nothing short of apathy – it was as if our request for additional food inconvenienced him. A blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. In conclusion, my experience at Cousins BBQ was far from the mouthwatering, satisfying meal I had hoped for. From the dry meats to the unappetizing sides and lackluster service, it's safe to say that I won't be returning anytime soon. Save yourself the disappointment and consider exploring other barbecue options in the area.

I gave 2 stars for employees were super nice. The food was bad. $2 each for potato salad and macaroni and cheese. It tasted bad. The pulled pork sandwich was alright. Not enough onions and pickles. The barbecue sauce was very watery.
