They advertise that they have anchovies online but stopped carrying them 4 months ago. People who like anchovies will go to whoever caters to the customer.

In the five years we’ve ordered from this store we’ve never experienced bad customer service. Tonight, Damien was so rude. He open the window and just stared! He tried to charged me for a pizza that was a free pizza. When I explained it was a free pizza, he repeated the amount. As to say you’re not getting the free pizza. I AGAIN explained. He came back with the pizza. His attitude was TRASH!

Worst dominos ever! No wonder they can’t keep employees. Manager there is trash!Employees are trash! 2nd time I’ve received COLD food because they can’t seem to keep drivers and they don’t notify you until you call them over an hour after waiting on your food. Manager just says “because we’re busy”. Employees just hang up on you.

That's twice now I didn't get my order cause my phone didn't ring when they called for some reason? Why are they calling me? They've delivered to my address more at least 10 times. Why can't they find me without out calling my phone? Bunch of morons & idiots. Don't bother

Ordered 2 "specialty pizzas" last night and feel like I got ripped off! My buffalo chicken pizza did not have enough chicken, cheese or sauce on it, and when I called to ask for a remake today they said it would take 2 hours! Unbelievable, took 15 minutes last night for a quick garbage pizza but 2 hours for another one?? It better show up correct this time. update: it only ended up taking a little less than 1 hour and the pizza showed up correct this time. upgrading my review to 3 stars

I'm disappointed with this place, rating of 2.1 is just due to a disrespectful manager. I called within 24 hours about a poorly made pizza, but she claimed they couldn't address it due to an undisclosed policy. When I asked for the written policy, she couldn't provide it. She dismissed my concerns by mentioning others hadn't called. Despite offering a credit, her attitude prompted me to request her supervisor, who hasn't called back. After a two-week work trip, I hoped for a pizza for my family so I can relax, but my son is 10 and wasn't happy with it either. This experience definitely made me regret spending $33 here. The hidden policy seems more like an escape from accountability than a genuine guideline.

Don’t buy from this location. I’ve ordered multiple times from this location and every time I’ve never received my order (even though on the dominos tracker it says delivered). I’ve called up there every time and the manager has an attitude and has no solution to the problem. They claim that they can’t find my house or that they can’t deliver to my address even though the store is less than 10 minutes away from my house.

They really do hire anyone nowadays because what is up with the management here? I’ve gotta say I’ve dealt with horrible management before but Jessica definitely takes the cake on that one. Jessica is the worst manager I have ever encountered. Dominoes should really look into finding her a replacement. This is absolutely ridiculous. Jessica needs the boot.
