Went friday evening around 9 and the lady who helped us was great. Not only did she help us pick out a good sandwich for both me and my husband but was extremely friendly. By far my best experience at a subway in a while.

Two employees were in the front. As I approached one quickly disappeared into the back. I attempted to order and was told with an attitude "one moment I'm doing bread". It was in a rude, nonchalant, and off putting way. After I waited a while starring at the fully stocked bread cabinet, and not understanding why the 2nd employee didnt jump in and help, I walked away. I'm a business owner. Food Catering in particular. They need to understand prioritization, sense of urgency, friendliness. Also a customer should never have to WAIT to spend money. Terrible experience.

I am at this Walmart at least twice a week. I very seldom go in this particular Subway. And that’s for two reasons. # 1 my favorite sandwich is the Sweet Onion Teriyaki. Never a problem till I came here. The chicken is plain, no sauce whatsoever. Then they squirt I guess Teriyaki sauce on the chicken. For some reason, the taste is gone, I mean completely. Then to make it a little more frustrating, when you bring it up you get a little attitude. Just from whatever male is there at that time. I went ahead and ordered the sandwich and gave it to my neighbor. Now when the chicken is already coated with sauce, it seems to be fine. Oh well. I’m just going to pick a new sandwich or go somewhere else.

I ordered the sub sandwich tray, consisting of roast beef and turkey with cheese on all without dressing. They cut the sandwiches in half, should have cut in thirds, to have small finger food. I noticed that the roast beef had mayo and I asked for dry. They sent alot of mustard/mayo packs. Won't do again at this store.
Sub sandwich smelled bad and tasted awful. This was a waste of hard earned money. Will not purchase food here again!!!

This fine dining experience was ruined for me by one simple thing. One of my dear friends, Mr. Grayson, an employee at this institution, had his birthday on the day that I attended. He made an amazing sandwich, flavorful and delicate. He even got the amount of sauce my partner wanted on the first try. I was impressed with his sandwich making talents, but surprised that he was at his work place on his 19th birthday. I asked him why, and he said that his manager wouldn't give him the day off. This was outrageous! I could not believe what he said! His last year of teenage-hood, the birthday to which STOLEN by a cruel taskmaster who couldn't be bothered to find someone to fill in for him. His talents nonetheless provided a satisfying experience which fulfilled my Subway needs. This one-star review is directed at that manager, and that manager alone. Sir or Ma'am, if you are reading this, know that you have hired an incredible young man onto your staff. I commend you for that, but I have to say that my disappointment was immeasurable when I discovered your cold-hearted scheduling of such an honorable gentlemen. 1 STAR!!!
