Last night, 3/28/24 was my worst experience ever at BB’s. They were significantly under staffed. Our waiter had at least 7 tables, two of which were 6 tops. It took 20 minutes to get two dressed Dos Equis, and maybe 40 mins to get two Bloody Mary’s. Another 40 mins to get 5lbs of crawfish and burger with fries. Burger wasn’t good and fries were cold. We were told we’d get replacement fries and never received them. I ordered a second 5lbs of crawfish when we had eaten 1/4 of the first. We finished the first and waited another 40 mins when I finally asked the manager to get our check and we would skip the second order. I explained our frustration, and how bad the service was. He said he’d get the check. He didn’t apologize, he was resigned to the bad service and didn’t seem to care. When the server came back he apologized and said the manager reduced out bill. Upon inspection, the manager didn’t charge us for the crawfish that we never received. Wow how generous. The crawfish were great, but not worth the bad experience.

Horrible service, at least for us! The only positive is that we were sat in a decent timeOnce sat were sat, we were never acknowledged at all!! I understand that restaurants can get busy at times, but it wasn't that; we were totally ignored!! We ordered our drinks once my husband stopped the manager. My husband ordered a draft beer, and I water and only the water came but never the beer. My husband got anxious and went to the bar and got his own. He came back to our table with his beer but once finished we got out because we were totally and brutally ignored!!! Hopefully, yall have had a good experience but for us we will never go back!!

Visited 3/12/24 just after 3pm. It was my first time visiting this location and dining in. Sat at the bar & ordered the Tuesday special...5lbs of crawfish for $39.99 and finished it off with the butter Rum cake. Everything was great and I feel like a champ. I'll definitely be back.

Wasted 2 hours waiting on crawfish boiled in water WITHOUT eggs in the water. Thank God I read lips to learn that even though I was told they could that, they decided that it was impossible. No care for my time or health.
