I think I was racially discriminated against at this place. They sent me an email or text or something saying they had $6 Mich Ultra pitchers. So .. I decided that I would try it out. Bartender was slow to respond and when she finally did she asked for my ID. I'm 48 years old. I clearly don't look 20! My ID has expired and she told me that she couldn't serve me. It's their policy. Didn't ask me if I would like a glass of water or something. Didn't ask me to stay and try the food. Just can't serve me. Unbelievable!

Went here once and will never go back. The food is frozen, not fresh, and the service is beyond terrible. I took nearly 20 minutes to get my beer refilled. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Ate here today. First, the service was excellent. That is the solitary reason there were stars at all. Pretty sure we had nutria tenders. It was supposed to be chicken. There was not enough sauce in the entire restaurant to choke down the chicken that was purchased pre pandemic apparently. The oil was very freshly, actually. I hate you wasted good oil frying elderly squirrel chicken in it. Service was sincerely awesome.

Surprising disappointment. My wife & I walked in at 2:25 on Sunday and asked to sit at the bar. She hollered from the other end of the bar that we can't sit there if we want to eat. She said they're short staffed and they would only serve us food if we sat at a table. Of course, I could of sat at a table but I'm scratching my head to understand the difficulty of serving food to the bar. I won't be coming back here. Short staffed or not, doesn't make sense.

The only reason for the two stars is the service. The staff was very nice. We ordered fried pickles as a starter, and I got a margarita off the happy hour menu. These were good. My husband and I both got chicken tenders. He got curly fries, I got tater tots. When we sat down I pulled the restaurant up on here and laughed, telling my husband I was going wait to share the review rating until we left. He then proceeded to talk about how service and the appetizer were good. He thought the curly fries were good. He hadn't tried the chicken yet. I sat and waited, having choked down one tender. After sawing through a second one, I had to spit the bite into a napkin. Still, I waited. Halfway through the first chicken tender he asked what the chicken tenders were made of. Seriously, this food is not good. It's not just the taste (which was not good), but the texture, too. It was like old and cheap frozen meat. This was our first and last visit, and am not kidding when I say that I'm concerned about getting sick from it later. Update: Not sure management asking me to email her was an attempt to make it appear as if my issues and concerns had been addressed on the side, but I did reach out via email and have not heard back. Can't say that I'm shocked....

I ordered traditional wings and a order of chicken tenders with curly fries...the wings were a decent size but super dry. Then, the tenders were TINY. 2 of the tenders were only about an inch long...how is that considered a tender? They were also dry, hard, and wayyyy too salty. Don't order spicy garlic! The curly fries were plain with no seasoning. Very disappointed in the quality of food. Not eating here again.

Service sucks. A little girl came running in and out of the kitchen. There seemed to be a lot of people going in and out of the kitchen. There was a lady with long hair going in and out the kitchen with the little girl. ? Also, the waitress charge $8 tip for without my consent. I checked my bank statement and it is 8 dollars more than what my bill was. I left cash for tip yet 8 dollars more was charged without my consent.

So we were out shopping and this wasn't our 1st choice for a place to eat but they were slow and we were in a rush so we figured we'd eat here and have in the past with no issues. Well I guess times change.... When we went in we were literally the only people there. Told to sit where ever we'd like and things were fine. Once we got the drinks it started to go down from there. We ordered the bucket rum drink for 2 and 1 Mexican candy along with 2 kid sodas. We were served 2 Mexican candy drinks, 2 kid drinks and a tiny little bucket with 2 straws. I asked if this was the bucket for 2 and he said yes ?. I got the hot cheetos chicken sandwich, the chicken was tough. Boneless wings weren't bad but the garlic parm sauce was lacking flavor. Once the food was brought out that was the end of the service. Nobody came to see how the food was, no refills which everyone was out of drinks, nothing. When we left there was only 1 other table sitting there. No reason for a lack of service. They had the left side of the restaurant closed down and walking out saw our waiter sitting in a booth on his phone with his iPods on. Definitely will not be going back.

Moved to the area 2 years ago and started coming to Brewingz fairly regularly. Stopped in today after work and was denied. Was told my ID was fake and too flimsy. 26 years old and never had an issue anywhere else with my ID. Will be finding a new wing spot in cypress and do not recommend anyone going to this location. Not the first issue with this location but this was the final straw. Unprofessional and rude staff.
Freaking horrible don’t go there. They serve super slow, my friends wings were cold. They weren’t helpful at all. The menu was trash not a lot of options just straight up garbage save your gas and go to Buffalo Wild Wings lol
