Too slow. Even after placing my order online I waited a few minutes before I left to go pickup the order. Walked in and there was only 2 customers who had already placed their orders. I waited 20 minutes to get my order. Was told they can only cook 5 orders of meat at a time!!! Good grief I can cook that at home faster than that. If they were packed with customers I could understand.Ridiculous

I was there today around 3:35 pm 3/13/24 picking up a Uber eats order and they told me someone else already picked it up however I called the customer put them on speaker letting them know that they never received the order and if they could make it again, the manager there was extremely rude, seemed like she had a very nasty attitude and was very evil spirited it was a Hispanic lady, she went back and forth with me over a order that was no more than 15 dollars when she could have used that energy to remake the order, the customer said he won’t be ordering from there again. I’m very shocked that a person like her has a manager role like she does.

It's a hit or miss. When they first opened..... fantastic.....then went to crap soon after. Noticed a "manager" or team lead there the next time I went after 5 or 6 weeks. Food was delicious. Fries perfect. Cheesesteaks were tasting great and sandwiches were presented like it's always been. Today 1/29/24. WOW If I did not pick up and take home I would have sent back. 9 inch sun not cut. Bread was crap. Bread was not fresh or they left out in the air too long. Completely fell apart when I picked up my sandwich. AND not because it was not cut . Steak was extra fatty tonight. Did I mention the fries were limp and soggy? When they started the fries had a crunch. Now the last couple times just mushy. There ok in a pinch but at this point I'll go out of my way to get some food if actually enjoy. $15 is the average price now anyway at a fast food place. Thought I found a gem but it's a dud!

I waited in the drive through behind a car for 10 minutes and when I pulled up I was told to wait for another 5. I go inside instead and the lady keeps telling me well I told u one second ,one second and I asked her God much longer would my God take and she said 7 more minutes. Then she wants to whisper “hija de put*” under her breathe while bagging my order

Poor quality..Extremely unsatisfying and disappointing experience. Bread was not toasted-in fact it was undercooked. Meat did not seem fresh -texture appeared like it was warmed up from the previous day. Meat was very bland as It did not have any seasoning/flavor. Sub order was not correct and small serving of cold french fries. My son received more fries in his kids meal than my portion. One positive- it was ready for pick up at specified time.

I went through the drive through of this new location that I've been dying to go to.. no one would answer me when I tried to place my order. So I had to go into the building to place my order.. to find everyone is walking around with AirPods on. One of the employees laughs at how she has her headset on but it's not TURNED on. And then the other employee proceeds to play his music out loud on his phone. Very unprofessional. The food was very good but I will not come back to this location.
Don't Eat Here!!!!!Imagine pulling a long brown straight hair out of your mouth while eating a sandwich.Yes, there was a Hair in my sandwich!!!!!!The manager refunded me but said the "girls" have long hair. I want to know where is the hair nets when they are preparing food??!Devastating!

Had the Philly Cheese steak it was not very good. The meat had no flavor. They put way too much mayo on it. The bread was very soggy. It cost $14 for the combo. That is too expensive for food of this quality. There has to be a place to get a good cheese steak in Houston.
