This review needs a star column for food & one for croissants which are always just sooo good. The rest of the menu is trash. I ordered a bake potato and it wasn’t even edible. I don’t know how you can mess up a baked potato but they figured it out. The standard design & atmosphere of cheddars restaurants are always cool.

This was my first experience eating at a Cheddar's. I've been driving past these places for years and stopping to eat at their competitors establishments. The food was great, especially the frosted croissants.The service left a bit of room for improvement, but all in all the lunch was great.

Had a very pleasant lunch at Cheddars today. Service was excellent and fast. The 290 location surpassed my expectations. The Bourbon Glazed salmon was perfect. Sorry, but I forgot to take pictures of the food this time.
The staff were friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious. The only downside was the steak was overdone when we asked for medium rare. I got the feeling that regulars like it a little more done when they say medium rare. The manager quickly fixed the issue and we left happy.

My aunt and I went to Cheddar’s in Cypress today around 3:30pm. Our waitress, Alexis, was very attentive and pleasant. Her smile lit up the restaurant! I ordered an 8 Oz Sirloin Steak to be cooked medium. When the steak came out it was not medium, but borderline burnt. I had Alexis come by and she immediately looked at the steak before I could say a word and said this will not do, she took it to her manager, Lamons, and he had them fix me another steak. The second steak came out and was better but not completely right either. When Alexis came back and saw it she wanted to take it back again. I told her it was ok and even though the steak was cooked more than I like, it was still juicy and had a good flavor.Later the manager, Lamons, came back by the table and apologized that the steaks were not cooked right again and that he had deducted my meal from our ticket. I’ve never had a restaurant manager come apologize for anything much less deduct the meal from my ticket.I greatly appreciate both Alexis and Lamons for their generosity today! I will always highly recommend this Cheddar’s restaurant! Thank you both for making our experience a great one today!
The place is beautiful and the employees are very nice and accommodating. The employees move the tables and chairs to clean very nice. The food was so delicious and the drink I had was tasty. Will certainly be back

This place seems to be back strong, hadn't been since they changed the menu for covid. Everything was really good, the croissants are still super addictive. Service was really good. AC works well so maybe bring a sweater if you get cold easy.
