Haley was absolutely fantastic, service was superb, food was excellent, despite how busy this location was at the time I went Drinks and Food came out quick and all staff was very friendly. Highly recommend this location and waitress.

Zero stars. This Chilli's did terrible on my food order.This Salmon bowl was $22 and it looked like slop. I had made it all the way home and had to take it back for a refund.
Dropped in with Daughter & Hubby and saw plenty of tables open yet were told it was gonna be 18min? Why??? We walked out never been to this location and Guess what!!?? We won’t come back talk about feeling UNWELCOMEed!!!

I always love a great Chilis meal. Always a pleasure to dine. My server was Caleb I believe he was young and provided us with poor service because he was interested in the girls at the booth next to us. Which I totally understand but you still have to do a job sir. Our Mac and Cheese was dried out. Our loaded fries was overcooked. My daughter accidentally dropped her corn on the table because the stick broke when she went to pick it up when asking for another one Caleb being so into the other table with the pretty girls forgot about her corn and took 15 mins just to bring another one out. But like I said I really enjoy Chilis and understand every moment spent there isn't always going to be A+
It’s been years since I visited this location. My experience this time was better. I sat in the bar area and the waitress/bartender was very knowledgeable of the menu. The kitchen staff did make my order incorrectly but the manager came right over and made sure it was corrected. He was also very polite and professional. I’ll definitely be back soon.Parking: It’s at the entrance of a shopping center so there is plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking is available.
They are open till 11 PM on google but didn’t let us inside at 10:35 PM. They locked the doors. Very disappointed.

I appreciate Chili's for their consistency and food specials. I usually go for my work lunch and they provide a good variety of food and drinks. Even during lunch. My meals have always been great and I don't have any complaints about it. I always get their strawberry lemonade as it's so good. The service is always fast and attentive. And it's a good sportsbar for watching the games and hanging out.

Today, I experienced considerable disappointment with the manager's handling of a situation. Although the new waiter made a mistake with our family's order, the manager's response to the issue was unsatisfactory. The total bill was unexpectedly high, and when we approached the manager, he offered excuses and seemed unwilling to understand our perspective. There was a prejudgment that we were attempting to scam the restaurant, only resolved when a regular waitress recognized us, vouched for our integrity, and helped rectify the bill. The manager's lack of proper staff training became evident, as the waiter was still on his third shift. While the waitstaff performed admirably, the management's behavior was problematic and calls for retraining.
