We stopped at Luby's next door yesterday and noticed Corky's has shut down with a sign on the door another food establishment is coming in November. By the way, Luby's wasn't very good either.

Spoke to the rudest most unhelpful person here today. After getting my order wrong, no apology, no offer to make it right, talking over me in a condescending manner and did absolutely nothing to address the issue. Good food is not an excuse for bad customer service guys. Highly disappointed because we were looking forward to enjoying your food but half the order is missing and rude unhelpful staff just adds insult to injury.

Pros: Drive thru service was friendly Food was prepared quickly Con: We had a multiple sides and types of meat, but I didn't really like any of it. I always tell my family that all chain BBQ (Papas, Otto's, Spring Creek, Rudy's, etc.) tastes the same. Corky's isn't anywhere close. Only reason for 3 stars is the kids and wife liked it. I would not go back.

I think I may have received a demerit on my License to Texan for ordering brisket here.Not fabulous. Not slow smoked flavor or texture. Cheap chopped meat.Loved the hush puppies but,will not return.

The food and the service was excellent. We had hush puppies as a starter. Chicken wings, Texas cheesesteak , BBQ brisket sandwich and chicken strips as the main courses for the 4 of us. It was really good, came out quickly, and served with a smile. I highly recommend this place.

I cannot say much about the food, but the service was non existent. I went on a Saturday mid afternoon. I walked in and sat down. I saw only one worker and three tables of guest. I finally left after five minutes with no one serving me. My guess is they cannot find any workers.

The driest pulled pork / brisket I've ever had. It almost tasted like this stuff was cooked yesterday and was pulled out a fridge and microwaved. Would not recommend to anyone. Only thing we got that was edible was the macaroni & cheese. There are many BBQ options down 290 - save yourself the disappointment.

I am torn. Picked up from drive through and the turkey was fantastic. Brisket on the other hand was the worst I've ever had, dry and flavorless. I will give them another try but if the brisket is this bad again, it will be the last!! Look at the sliced brisket ! Lol
Best ribs I've ever had. The dry seasoning ribs are incredible. Disappointed they don't make the spaghetti anymore.

Everything was really good here but the weren't quite prepared for people on Father's day 2021. We weren't given proper dishes because they were dirty and hadn't washed them. It was a little like unprofessional to me. It wasn't packed or even busy that Sunday for them to have a lot of dishes dirty they couldn't serve us in. I realize they were short staffed but they staff seemed a little too laid back. We were looking forward to having there banana pudding in the jar but even though we didn't get the jar due to having none washed yet the pudding was very disappointing. Not very many bananas in it. Just pudding. Overall, we loved the atmosphere of the place, and the ribs were amazing! I don't even care for ribs but these were so juicy and tender. Brisket was delicious and the rest of the food was good too. I can see us going back again hopefully everything will be washed and ready. Hopefully we just went on a bad day. We still had a good Father's day lunch there anyway.

Great food and great service. We had wings to start which were very good though the bleu cheese and their house sauce weren't that memorable. We ordered a 4 meat plate and loved it all except found the brisket to not be as great as we're used to here in Texas. The ribs were spectacular, though. We loved the barbecue sauce. Our potato salad was so good. Place is clean and spacious- solid 4.

Barely any meat on the ribs. The brisket was dry, pulled pork had no flavor and the chicken wasn't that great. comparing it to Rudy's-- quality wise, flavor and price-- I'd stick to Rudy's. The loaded baked potato was excellent tho.
