Our favorite Costco in the area. Ever since this one opened, it's been our location of choice. I visit this Costco at least three times a month. What fascinates me is that no matter what time or day I go, there are never any big lines. It's probably coincidence, but I love it. It's still a good drive for us, maybe 35 minutes, but is closer than any of the other ones and definitely less crowded. Always excellent service!
This is a great new location in Cypress. The store is clean and we have not had to wait more than one person in the checkout line if even at all. The kids love the free samples that get handed out. The biggest complaint is some of the items that have been sampled are no were to be found when we return at a later date. This has happened with the Street Corn as well as mango pouches. Really friendly staff always willing to help.

I wanted to say thank you to the staff of the hearing aid center and the store managers for helping me straighten out a mistake that I made with a charge on a wrong credit card. They went out of their way to see that everything was settled to my satisfaction. Great job of customer service. Thanks to all of you!
