Unless you like to spend an arm and a leg for a baby size cup of bland "custard," don't waste your time or money. I ordered the strawberry creation. The toppings were scarce and overall it didn't present nearly as appealing as the photos. Hard pass on the nitrogen. Clearly it sucks all the flavor from the ice cream. Lesson learned...Don't trust an ice cream shop where you can't visibly see the ice cream and it's dispensed from a tank. I'll stick with the traditional stuff.

Great ice cream and I love the nitro freezing experience. Great service and a cute place . The only downside is it is pricey for the amount of ice cream you get. I have been back several times because I love their ice cream.

Not cheap, but the whole process is kind of cool to watch. Both employees were really nice, but they couldn't catch a break! This place needs more staff, so people don't have to wait as long, and it's not because of the employees. They were working the whole time I was there!!! Great job staff :)
I placed an order on a food delivery app for 2 “regular “ size ice creams the picture given on the menu is a “cup” when i got my $27 order it was a one inch tall cup with little to no ice cream in it. I see in other reviews people had same experience so i will not be returning to this place it was the first and last

The one star is for customer service and stale nut toppings.They made good ice cream the way we wanted .. everyone added almonds as a topping and actually were charged for it. We were fine with it. But everyone one of us got stale almonds and since it was about to close and we didn’t say anything. But before we left we just informed them to let them know .. for future reference.. they didn’t even care .. so wasn’t sure do they care.. it was very stale to be honest..I guess we should have asked to have remade them .. but I guess we were too considerate to ask as it was almost closing time .

UPDATE: After this post, the management of Creamistry issued me a refund before I had the opportunity to contact them. I appreciate the fact that they did that, no questions asked. To me, this is great management. I’m going to be back because the ice cream really is great!This is my waffle bowl. ?
