This Dominoes location is ridiculous. I’ve given this location too many chances and they have never gotten anything right. Late delivery, incorrect items, missing condiments, the list goes on and on. I really don’t see how this place is still in business. I will not make this mistake again.

Ordered from this store through Uber eats. Made the honest mistake of not adding a tip. But for you to call me and try to play me like I’m dumb and tell me to come outside because Uber doesn’t give you the address is a straight up lie. Than to have your driver wait while your on the phone with my sister asking for a tip. I still gave the driver a tip when I honestly just have told him to get off my property and go complain to his boss about not paying him a decent wage.

My order was delivered to the wrong house because of a computer glitch which these things happen I understand. What I dont understand is why management took a tone and were rude when I was simply calling to figure out what happened. They did give me a refund for my order and I was happy with that, however they need instruction on a better way to speak to people.

Guy working the register l, on the phone with another customer, snapped at me because I asked the lady standing behind him if she could hand me my order. He proceeded to yell random things as I was walking out. Will stick with Marcos from this point forward.

This location has lost orders, delivered parts of orders and then forced me to go get the remainder, is perpetually late on delivery with drivers taking times above 50 mins to deliver after leaving the store, and provides little customer service. There are other, better options from Pizza Hut, Russo's, or Marcos within 5 min.

Every time I’ve tried to order there my food never arrives. They either dont accept my order and take my money or they don’t deliver to the right house and I had to argue for my food to be delivered! Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had.

Terrible experience ordering from this store. The "Tracker" was rather useless as just about the time my order was supposed to be complete heading to my home, the manager calls me to inform that the Domino's online platform chose the wrong store for delivery. The website provided no choice for me as the buyer to choose the delivery store and even if there was one, it was particularly hard to find. Putting this out there so others can take caution and avoid the experience. The recommended approach by manager is to call the Pizza store directly to place the order! So much about living in a Digital world...

Horrible experience won't be returning until the manager Robert is trained or fired. No customer service at all. Very discriminative with his customers. I asked about specials and promotions he abruptly stated that no discounts,coupons, specials existed and hadn't existed since February. He also stated that the menus were outdated and that the prices listed were not the correct prices and that the food was higher than advertised. He also had a bilingual menu out only, with no listed prices. This is a steak house or lavish restaurant with high end food. He was RUDE. He also didn't assist his new hire with questions while addressing customers. Trian this manager better to help improve the customers experiences and that might help with the reviews. Dominos do better with the hiring process!
