I love Dutch Bros. Honestly better than Starbucks in my opinion. I like to try new drinks but me and my fiance really like the Truffle hazelnut mocha. He gets the freeze and I get the iced coffee. Either one is good.

RECENTLY THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE IN MANAGEMENTI loved coming to Dutch Brothers when the store was ran by the blonde manager with the tattoos. She ran things very smoothly and in an orderly fashion. Unfortunately, she recently either passed away or is on a very long vacation but since she has been absent, I have noticed a rapid decline in their so called "values" of speed, quality and service. I recently came by and the new "manager" was very handsy with me and my drink. His dirty palms were all over the mouth of the lid and I was appalled by his lack of respect for my safety and health. I suffer from Vasculitis which can cause me to get very sick from pathogens that are spread through careless behavior. The utter disrespect displayed from this boy (I recall his name either being Brendon or Brennon) was a disgrace to the Dutch Brother name. Call him what you want, it doesn't take away from the fact that even the manager doesn't know how to properly understand or follow the basic guidelines of ServSafe. Even after I confronted him, he rolled his eyes and was talking about me and our interaction in an extremely degrading manner to his fellow Dutch Brothers. It was wildly immature and unprofessional causing me to lose any ounce of respect I had left for this establishment and particular location. I don't know if the other manager is ever coming back but until something changes, I wont be returning and will do everything in my power to prevent other people from experiencing what I have.

I had extremely high hopes for this one! It looks really cool when you walk up. I was expecting a coffee shop it's more like a drive-thru slushy spot with no alcohol. Just a big selection of Torani syrups you can buy on Amazon. Black rifle around the corner, I believe, it to be a much better alternative. God blessVegetarian options: Are no vegetarian options at all. All the drinks are made in the exact same cups when they're mixed up. So that means milk is touching everything. So they're for nothing can be vegan.Parking: This business shares a mutual parking lot with fifteen other busin certain times during the day, you can't find parking at all. Hope this helpsKid-friendliness: To be honest, normally, establishments don't have flags up displaying their sexual preferences. So I would say this establishment is not kid friendly. Not to mention that 95% of the staff there is lesbian or homosexual. Hope this helpsWheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible, but you have to go around the opposite direction. Very poor drink quality not a lot of coffee in the drink. Basically, sugar and milk. This is not a traditional coffee. More like a milkshake or slushy shop.
First of all- I DO love their coffee! My go to drink is the Double Torture with the foam and it’s become a necessity for when I’m about to work 12 hour overnight shifts. That being said, they have GOT to figure out how to hire more people or expand their work station. Every time I come here it’s a huge wait. You will be sitting in line for at least 10 minutes and there is no option for ordering ahead. If they could at least add that option it would be amazing.

First let me say I love Dutch bros, I used to live in Washington and I was so happy when they started popping up in Texas. I’ve tried several in Dallas and never had issues, it’s always been great! This location in cypress is horrible. I’ve tried 3 times ordered my normal drink I always get and it’s always off. There’s only one girl that I have interacted with that that’s been nice, everyone else is short or moody. I’ll find another location.

I went due to an app promotion allowing for 1 free medium drink, and while I would say the drink was good and the container was neat to look at(and genuinely feels like a tier of quality around a PJ’s) my drink came as mostly ice.By the worst I have seen between all previously mentioned competitors, and for reference the coffee I ordered would normally be $5. That is NOT worth it in my opinion.The coffee was tasty, the service was friendly and helpful, and the place was clean from what I could tell, but the price for what you get…
