I come here all of the time. Usually it's absolutely delicious & extremely fast. The employees are nice and although most of them are on the younger side they are very respectful. Their crust is really good, soft and sturdy. Today I placed my usual order and when I arrived they had a mixup. They made my pizzas backwards - medium meat cravers was made a large and my large veggie was made a medium. Even with all of the hiccups they were nice and remade my veggie pizza. While I waited another customer came up and they told him it was going to be about 10 mins. He got visibly upset because he had already been waiting 20 mins.

This place needs an upgrade. The establishment has been there 20+ years and seems no work has been to improve the dining offer. Food was ok but not something I am willing to go back to.

hope everyone has fun eating at gambi pizza they have roches all over the restaurant and crawling on the dough and boxes. and the owner is talking about ra the prices again. cause he can't even pay the people he has working there. take it from me I've worked there sence I was 16 to 21 yrs old up until now. the place is so run down and everything.

Bring back the Lunch Special! Gambino's is one of the places I try to hit up, when I'm in the area. Was disappointed that the flu knocked out the lunch special. It was a great deal for just the right amount of food

I know this place is almost an institution in Fairfield, but it is sadly in need of improvement. On my latest visit I had my son and his best friend and we stopped to eat lunch. We ordered a lasagna, and slices of pepperoni pizza. When we sat down I saw how absolutely filthy the whole dining area was. It looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in some time. It was so bad the two pre-teen boys even commented on how dirty it was. I cleaned the table and we waited for our food. One of the two employees brought the food out. When my son tried to cut into his lasagna, it was frozen inside. I took it back and asked them to reheat it since it was still frozen. When he brought it back to the table, it was still cold on the inside. When looking at the pizza, there was exactly one piece of pepperoni on every slice. I gave my slices to my son to eat and asked for something to take the lasagna home to heat properly. I wish this was a one off, but unfortunately, this has been a normal experience. We kept telling ourselves to give them another chance, but the truth is there are other places with better food, and life it too short to continue going to the same unsatisfactory place.

A worker that goes by the name " sliming on ya meat " had some very rude things to say about my 3 disabled kids , he proceeded to spell " speds" in the pizza with the pepperoni I had to take some off so they didn't read it
Tell you what first off I love Pizza ? shopping at the Kroger around the corner never seen or heard of this place my wife noticed it so we tried it one of the best ? pizzas ? I've had in a long time will be back soon to try other things on the menu keep up the good work Gambino 's

Not clean inside store. Saw employee pouring Bertolli alfredo sauce on a pizza. Had I known that’s how they make a pizza why spend the $18 and just do it myself for $5?

Very disappointed. Received my pizza in a box infested with roaches. my calzone wasn't even cooked thoroughly and my wings were cold as if they were frozen and weren't thawed out before throwing into the oven. Best part is the drink machine wasn't even working.. EVERYTHING went wrong with ordering from this place and i do not recommend whatsoever. Not to mention the unhelpful employees (2 blonde hair boys) that were laughing and talking to each other about the fact that i was watching to make sure my food was made correctly. Never coming to this s*** hole ever again.

Ordered my pizza online at 7:25PM and still waiting for it. Employee told me at 8:05 that they "lost my order" and are currently making it. Now 50 minutes since I initially ordered. AND, I'm the only customer here! Decided to try because a friend recommended this place.

My mind was blown when I devoured my order. I had a mini pizza and their wings. Both were tasty but the pizza is definitely what won me over. I am adding this place to my go to list when in the Cypress area. Also let me not forget the service was great as well.
