We ordered takeout from here, it’s about a 15 min drive from our house. The food was still nice and hot when we got home. My daughter absolutely devoured all of her shrimp alfredo (she is a super picky eater) I ordered the “Francese” plate which was kind of like a lemon butter pasta but I added sun-dried tomato and angel hair pasta. I absolutely loved it, especially adding crushed red pepper on top. We also tried one of their calzones, but we tore it apart before I got a picture of it. I’m so happy there’s a new Italian place not too far from us now, I have not been impressed so far with any of the other Italian places on Barker, but this one was worth the drive and $. Will be back next time we have a pasta craving!

By far the best Italian restaurant around. Don't waste your time or money anywhere else. The prices are excellent. The desserts are euphoric.
Very bland.from the service to the food and the atmosphere. My chicken parm was drenched in there marinera sauce. Looked like a soup. Chicken was wet af. The bread was stale and looked like frozen bread. Overall,1

The servers are teenagers. They didn't pay attention. No follow-up. We weren't able to get their attention if we needed anything. My husband and I both ordered seafood pasta. The mussels were not cleaned. I had bits of black stringy bits in my pasta. My husband's shrimp scampi lacked flavor. The appetizers and desserts were pretty good.

The service was good but the food was a little lacking. We tried the ossobucco and the cannelloni. The ossobucco was very good. A touch on the dry side but very tender. The cannelloni was also good but the sauce over the top lacked any seasoning beyond the tomatoes used to create it. Anything like garlic or basil or oregano would have helped.I will give them kudos for the blue cheese dressing used for the house salad. Nice big chunks of blue cheese with a nice tang.Overall I see them as an average place with fair prices for the food. As a result I'll probably be back just not on a regular basis.

I was surprised that Italian cuisine could disappoint to such an extent. The bruschetta lacked excitement, the salad was underwhelming, and the pescatore was marred by the presence of tiny shell fragments. Fortunately, this was the lowest culinary point I've encountered, leaving me optimistic that my future dining experiences can only improve from here.

Amazing little hidden gem. We love coming here every chance we get.The staff here is always friendly.
Three of us had lunch on a Monday. Two friends had lasagna and I had vegetarian pizza. Grato's portions were very generous and tasty. The service was disappointing. The server did not smile and food crumbs were on the chair and floor. At 11:30 on a Monday I couldn't help but wonder how long it had been since the floor was swept and the chairs wiped down. The Ladies Room, however, was clean.Parking: Grato is located on a very busy street with other businesses so parking may be problematic in peak evening hours.

The food was very very good!! it’s not overinflated on price. In 2024 it’s unusual to find a spot that tastes great and aren’t price gouging. The staff were very professional and warm. It’s more than worth a visit.
