I love ihop but this location is awful. My food was made wrong. I told my waiter don’t remake it and just charge me for the potatoes. He still charged me for the full meal. Also the waiter was super slow.

This HOP needs major help from corporate, from the manager to all the employees. They speak to customer like we're friends when it shouldn't be that way unless their a regular which I understand.Food came out fast but it was not cooked well, I had to remind the server of what were our orders and there were items missing and he proceeded to bring me the smallest amount. We tried to pay and couldn't find our server so we went to the manager and all she said was " you pay your server" and walked away. Then came out server and we paid and then we left his $5 rather than nothing because I was in the industry and know what it's like. So seriously get some training and do better because this IHOP I will avoid regardless of it's close distance to me. All the tables were dirty and sticky.

This place is horrible with customer service. The greeters are never really there and it always seems nasty and not sanitary. I've been coming for years because it's convenient to home but I always regret my decision. We've walked out Several times on different occasions. The manager at the time I went, March 9, 2023, was absolutely rude to her employees and was very cold and unwelcoming to guest. This franchise definitely need to look into this location because it's giving them a bad name.

Waited to be seated with multiple empty tables. Then took 10 min to get coffee ordered. 25 min before food ordered. Food was luke warm when it came out. They forgot my toast. Took 15 min to finally get check after they cleared our table.

As filthy as the other reviews say. The kitchen is loud, unorganized and unlike other IHOPs, this was empty for Sat Brunch. The bathrooms are filthy and it took them just 10 mins to assign me a server in the empty restaurant. Hope IHOP management takes notice (I have visited so many ihops before) and this one is downright terrible.
