Really, I ordered this through Uber eats and received 1/4 of the pop corn chicken ordered and also I am missing the rest of my order… no sauces etc. this order is sealed so I know it’s not Ubers fault

Trash that’s all I can say. Waited for 45min in line for cold food that my order wasn’t even right. Whoever leaves a good review at this location is a bot because obviously 98% of the reviews are bad! TAKE THE ADVICE AND DO NOT COME HERE! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

No manager on duty or team leader to handle any customer complaints or to handle issue refunds.Burger was GREY! made wrong. What's so hard about meat, cheese & bacon only?Got home all toppings, plus grey, bland, no gristle like they rinsed it off. Husband woke up with thee, worse stomach pains. Very poor food handing procedures.So we asked to call her manager no answer, so all day Sunday there will be no manager until MONDAY??! Ridiculous.

Just need a little love with their burgers. Every time I go, it is never as advertised. I was supposed to have grilled onions on my burger and when I got home. It was only regular white onions. The cheese is never melted on the burgers, or you can tell it was a patty sitting already melted and thrown on a bun. It's as if they're just put together and wrapped up. The temperature is not even hot. It was very disappointing, and I've tried many times but no improvement. Other locations are better.

Honestly I have never eaten here before 10 pm. But, if you do in my experience it is pretty hard to get any food. I live around the corner and have often come for a late night snack. It is always anextremely hard ordeal to just get a small simple order. After tonight I have decided it’s not worth the trouble.

I ordered egg rolls, when I got to window they were handing me my bag. I said no way they had to have been sitting to be ready already. She argued that they were just cooked to feel the bag. The bag was warm. There were people behind me in drive thru. I got home (less than a mile) they were cold,soggy and disgusting. I threw them away. I don't have a name as I was not given a receipt. But it was today at 2:30. It will be a long time before I return to this location which is very close to my house.

DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE! you’re better going off to another location cause this one is garbage. The person who took my order was a ten year old and took so long to order. And when I got my food, half of it was missing. The person who cooked it blamed ME for not noticing it first. I paid 40 dollars for my food, I expect ALL OF IT to be there. This has happened so many times and it is unacceptable.

We went through the drive thru.. Got half of the order wrong. Did not give us one of our drinks.We checked our order before we left. Went inside to get it all fixed and our missing drink..... The manager had a baby in the kitchen right by the fryers!!!!

I went through the drive-thru I ordered my food I got my food hot I got my drink cold with ice very helpful very friendly lady at the drive-thru window. Today 12/15 after being in the car all day I was really looking forward to getting out of the car to eat in the restaurant and use the restroom. However when I got there UPS decided to park in the cross section of the handicap parking spaces, the width of his vehicle prevented me from being able to access the spaces. He was there to eat. This is uncalled for since it would prevent me or anyone else with a handicap from entering the restaurant. Next time this happens I will park in front of his truck and enter the restaurant and eat and take my time until the police arrive and ticket him. The 3 pictures of of his parking negligence. Seeing he only concerned about his self. The last picture is where he was and there were a car parked in the other spots besides the handicap parking spots, the space he was parked in would prevent someone in a wheelchair from getting out.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking spaces are available when someone doesn't park in the crosshatch space. I would restrip the spaces and enforce the parking lot. That's a hefty fine.
