I observed staff not wearing proper face coverings during food preparation, blatantly disregarding the importance of hygiene for customer safety. I have never had any issues with cleanliness or service at Jersey Mike’s, but this location is under poor leadership. I will drive further out to avoid this location, unless I see an immediate change. If you don’t mind surprises in your food “facial hair” then by all means then this is your place.

Today marks the second time I ordered from this jersey Mike's that my order has been wrong. Last time my sandwich was just missing a few toppings, this time I got the wrong sandwich all together. It's as if they don't even look at the order and make whatever they feel like because they know Doordash will refund it.
