Just had a Bacon Cheeseburger,… only! And having a massive allergic reaction. Hives itching, scratching. Probably was mishandle in the cooking process with some of the seafood they offer. There’s been other quality control issues here. But I think I’m gonna go ahead and cross this one off my list going forward. Good luck hope this helps.

JLB make a delicious Angus Burger! I was super impressed with the taste. Also, instead of a big tall burger it's more of a big wide burger which is great for eating.The restaurant space is tight, if you have mobility issues you may have trouble navigating, but at the same time I got the sense that the staff would pop out from behind the counter and accommodate you the best they can.

You need to learn to LISTEN to your customers instead of just trying to talk over them - THAT is why you have the "miscommunication" you claim to have. I called to inform you that when I finally got home, after fighting Houston 6:00 traffic, I discovered my order was WRONG. Wrong to the point where I could NOT even eat it. This is not the first time this has happened, and we order at your location at least once a month. Not anymore! I ordered a Turkey Melt, and got an absolutely disgusting grease soaked hamburger patty with undercooked bacon and nasty soggy fries. I tried to tell you multiple times that I would like my order REFUNDED for YOUR mistake, and you kept running your mouth to the point where I literally had to ask you to shut your mouth and listen. You are way too stressed out to be a manager. Get a grip! If you would have listened, and actually attempted to fix the problem, MAYBE I would not be leaving this review, as well as the one I intend to also leave on Yelp, and your other social media accounts. I do NOT play when it comes to my time and money being taken advantage of by a business that makes a living off overpriced food and ridiculously poor management. I'm sharing photos of the greasy nasty mess I was given instead of what I ordered tonight, so that others can decide if they want to be charged over $60 for 3 simple take out meals, that they "may" or "may not" get right.UPDATE: The manager just texted my phone, after I posted this review, telling me I needed to come in to get a refund for "ONLY" the turkey melt that I never received. I say "ONLY" because that is what her text specifically reads, as if this is somehow such a huge courtesy. I literally went without dinner tonight because of this, wasted my time and gas, and now expected to go out of my way to get a simple refund - and I'm supposed to be grateful??? At this point, I could care less about the refund, I already tried asking you for a refund and your loud angry mouth wouldn't let me get in two words edgewise. Keep the change.

Upon arriving here I was already pressed for time. Placed my order online, got there and the cashier told me it would be 10 minutes before my order was ready. I told her to just cancel it because I only get a 30 minute lunch. She says let me go ask...needless to say I don't think she asked because I heard my order being dropped in grease when she went to the back. I mean all they had to do was cancel my order and this would have been avoided. To top that off a young lady came in looking for a job because she seen the help wanted ad and they told her they were full..They need all the help they can get! I will NEVER go back!!!! Worst experience EVER!!!!

3rd time dining at this location and it will definitely be the last . The 1st time was 4 years ago and it was a great experience ! 2nd time , I got the catfish sandwich 6 months ago , was not seasoned at all , super bland but the fries were ok so I gave them another try today . I ordered the shrimp burger cajun styled . Once again really bland but what got me was that the ketchup on the table was pungent ! I ended up opening the top of the ketchup and the smell made me feel sick . I went to the cashier and let them smell it , which they were utterly disgusted as well . A black man came from kitchen with a cold ketchup container and handed it to me . He told me that their ketchup bottles are cleaned everyday . I am suggested for him to smell the container that I gave him or even taste it . He walked away and did not return . I am a school teacher in the area and had brought my students in to try the food today for our outing . We were there at 11:30am this morning . The treatment I received today was extremely disappointing . I will not recommend this establishment to my students , fellow educators , or anyone in the Cypress area ever again. Terrible experience ‼️

The food here, especially the burgers and sandwiches, are amazing. Warning: They are huge so come prepared. It’s always made fresh and they occasionally give out some free desserts! One of my favorite places to eat at whenever I’m craving a burger. Their wraps are super good too!

I just left your place on Barker Cypress. I waited a couple of minutes up front and I knew someone was there because I can see them in the back so I called them on the phone...A woman can to take my order I asked for a cheese burger with avocado and bacon she gave me a strange look like she didn't understand what I said after a couple seconds she says yes we have avocado and bacon. So I tried again I asked for a cheeseburger and it looks like she understand that part but when I told her I wanted bacon and avocado on it I lost her again. For a couple of seconds we just stood there looking at each other and so I didn't think she understood what I'm saying so I left
