This is absolutely the worst KFC we have been. The chicken was extremely dry. The skin was not crispy. It tastes like someone just fried a bucket of left over pieces and served our family. The fries were the same : tastes like rubber! Even the water tastes horrible. Our kids were very upset. We will not come back

DO NOT EAT HERE! I have happened to come to this location for a change and first off the chicken was drenched with oil, my fries were cold with no seasoning and my biscuit was literally RAW. This was the WORST KFC I have ever been to!!!

I buy a lot of fast food..I was completely satisfied and surprised to get to this location 26251 northwest fwy and not only was the order ready n waiting but it was correct? the staff member was attentive and polite WOW I purchased a family meal and it was well worth the trip and price?

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! If I could leave half a star I would and that would be too generous! I pull up in the drive thru around 8:38 P.M. , remind you that google states they stay open until 10:30….. I ask the lady that’s working the drive thru if they have fresh wings and she says yes! So I ask “fresh fresh , like just came out the grease” she says no they came up about 5 mins ago. I drive to my house which is about 8 mins away and proceed to eat my chicken and it was cold and not fresh at all! Sooooo I burn extra gas to drive all the way there , I pull up to the window asking if they have any fresh wings … same lady says yes they came up about 10 mins ago! I’m aware that I’m not that good in math but that was definitely not 10 mins ago being it took me a total of 16 mins to get back and add the extra 5 mins from when I first got there ! So I ask for fresh wings because the ones I got were not and she tells me that they aren’t cooking anymore wings/chicken because he is cleaning out the fryers and it takes 3 hours to do … ma'am it’s only 9:12 ! So she offers a refund and says the guy that owns that location and the other 3 locations stop frying chicken at 9 which is a hour and half before they close!!! If this is the case why are you open until 10:30 if it takes 3 hours to clean ? Just close at 7 pm! No one wants stale chicken sitting under a lamp!! I will be reporting them to kfc corporate office!

Have to say I was expecting to pay millions but this individual meals are very reasonable. There were six of us and I only spent $55 would've been a lot more expensive if I would've ordered the dinner packages which are very very expensive but overall food was hot fresh and very tasty. I was very delighted will be back. Thank you KFC.
