I used the KF app to order breakfast for the family of six. The store didn’t follow directions and put all the different kolaches in one box rather than separate as requested. I requested the kolaches be warmed up and they were nearly ice cold. $50 for 13 kolaches and 4 drinks was too much for what I received. The best experience I learned is that today I realized that we can save money and lose weight if we stop coming here.

TERRIBLE service! This location is ALWAYS out of the most common items and will blame *you* for not ordering in advance from a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. Rude manager leading employees who don’t take customer service seriously. Definitely try a different location or better yet just skip the Kolache Factory. Better breakfasts out there ?

I would like to say thank you to Ty who answered the phone and help me out. Placed an order at taco cabana day before and because they was short handed they sold my tray’s couldn’t believe it but yes they did. Ok I had a retirement party for work and was like what do I do now. We goggle too see what else was near by and Kolache Factory pop up made the call and yes she could get 3 party tray ready in 20 minutes. It was a great everyone loved the food and none of us has ever tried but yes this is our number 1 place. Please stop by and enjoy the great customer service and employees!! Thank you again

Lousy service, not great kolaches.. The lady behind the counter was kind of rude even though I apologized that I asked alot of questions; it was my first time getting a kolache. I asked if they had any selections with no pork and she just impatiently told me "no, all if them have pork!" Only to see that there was some with no pork. This place sucks. I have been down here for 4 days and I had better service everywhere else that I have gone. The coffee was also worse than something you would get from a gas station. My verdict is go to any other place and you will do better!

Place opens at 6am. We ate at 11:15am. You must get there early. We had ours warmed up in the microwaved but it was still delicious.

Just outstanding. The biggest variety of morning eats you will find anywhere. And all their ingredients are top notch. Best tasting kolaches and pastries anywhere.

This kolache factory is the worst location ever I've been here three times in a row before 10:30 AM and every single time they don't have bacon egg and cheese or potato egg and cheese and they tell me it's going to take at least 30 minutes to make. I don't know who runs that place but they definitely suck I don't think it's that hard to keep some kolache's in stock if you see you're selling it out fast all you have to do is make s'more before they run out they literally only have like fourFlavors at any given time it's absolutely ridiculous
