Wow milk cap is my recent favorite, brown sugar Boba matched with the the savory of milk cap is so good. They have a wide variety of drinks and great customer service, the staff are very diligent and friendly, I love getting my teas from this place! :)

WORST bubble tea and drinks IN CYPRESS…. Trust me when I say DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Walked in (1st time customer) with my daughter. Ordered 2 bubble teas for my me and my daughter. Both were overly sweet and not your typical (American) bubble teas which have a slushy consistency. Basically, it was liquid sugar water. YUCK!!!!So what do I do as a mom? I ORDERED A THIRD strawberry bubble tea for my daughter and ate my loss of $11 for the first 2. Third “strawberry SLUSH bubble tea” tasted equally gross. My bad for assuming they were using real strawberries…. They’re not! You would think when I JUST TOLD YOU my daughter didn’t like the sweetness of the first tea that YOU WOULD HAVE THE COMMONSENSE to tell me the third one is equally sweet. NOPE! Instead they collected my money for the third one and stared me in the face when the 3rd one was entirely too sweet. Moral of the story…. KEEP my $20 because you just lost a potential life long customer. P.S… your customer service SUCKS! ?

I have been here so many times and there teas are really good. They have so many options like Green Tea, Black Tea, Milk Tea and Fruit Tea with all king of boba and jelly. Nice and clean sitting area with other food options too.
I got a large iced matcha milk and it was delicious! They have many kinds of Japanese dessert to match my drink. Wish I knew about this place earlier!

I went in with very high hopes because I was craving for boba and that was the only boba shop that was open. I ordered a cocoa milk tea with milk cap and it tasted nothing like cocoa. It was so bland it was almost like I was drinking milk and tapioca only. Wasted my money big disappointment.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a regular coffee drink and it tasted like hazelnut. I’m allergic to it and called them to make sure that the drink doesn’t include that. They couldn’t answer my question and keep going back and forth. They use a powder milk and didn’t know 100% if it had it or not.
